Jeannie MThe whole check in process was frustrating as was the return. Having a person to assist makes things much smoother. The locks on the key boxes are just ridiculous trying to open and you really should consider using something better, that won’t be as hard to open. I had to wait for assistance just to get my key, thank goodness it wasn’t late at night. Also, the reps at your district office or wherever calls are routed to are rude and had I not been in a hurry to rent a truck my money would have been spent elsewhere.
