joeseph mDon't send us twenty miles to a big center to drop off equipment when there is a smaller one (like this one in Grafton). When we pulled a car dolly from California last week, you made us pick a drop off location at least twenty miles away. Not good.

JEROME SI paid too much in this area, it was only 14.95 in Elkins for the same thing. I was charged 74.00 for one day. You could keep the rate the same as the other U Haul places.
Derrick CTruck was dirty and full of debris and trash. Rep was extremely rude and rushed check in at 11am when not closing was at 2pm. Rep did not do a walk around with us of the truck. Truck was picked up below a 1/4 of tank of gas showing less than 80 miles to empty. Upon return of the truck with the same amount of fuel as picked up we received a $106.48 charge for 13 gallons of fuel. I would NEVER recommend this place to any of my family and friends. Horrible experience from start to finish.
james cThis location was the only one in the area that was willing to help me out. I was 6 1/2 hours away from home. The other locations either closed early..didn't have equipment to rent or just didn't seem to care about my issues. This gentleman and his wife saved the day in my book..even stayed a little after closing to help out.
George JWhen I called for a drop off point I asked for the hours. According to 800 number this drop off opened at 9am. I got there and opening hour was listed as 10 am. I had someone follow me that needed to be somewhere at 11am. I wasn’t prepared for the self drop off. Good thing my cell was charged.

Lori DAlthough the location was fine, the check in process was frustrating. We did online check in and it took around 15-20 minutes for “approval”. After waiting about 15 minutes I finally said something on the online chat, and eventually they said they would work to get it approved and it was done very quickly after that. If all information is submitted in advance I don’t know why you have to wait at the location for at least 20 minutes to pick up the uhaul. In addition to that, I had already had to drive 20-25 minutes out of my way to get to the location and then 20-25 minutes to get back because uhaul had nothing to offer me closer than that despite submitting my reservation in advance. The website didn’t make it clear that the truck may not be available at that location. If it weren’t for that one truck, I would have been stuck with no truck at all on the day I planned to move. The representative did offer to give an additional discount when I asked, but then when I picked up the uhaul there was no additional discount given. Very displeased with my overall experience with uhaul even though I had good experiences in the past. Probably won’t be my first choice for moving in the future.
Gary SOwner was very helpful with hooking up, walked me through how to use the ramps, straps, chains, and fold down fender. He helped me check my lights and was all around very friendly and professional. If I am ever in the need near his area I will go out of my way to work with him.

Howard FOriginal location was Bridgeport WV. I scheduled a reservation approximately a week early to find out a day before pick up that they didn’t have a trailer in stock. Very disappointed that it served me none to reserve in advance.
Dan HI just didn't like the fact I booked for Fairmont (Or Morgantown) and I had to pick up all the way in Grafton. This was a much farther ride than i would have had to go otherwise. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I stopped by the Fairmont location to purchase a hitch ball and found 2 auto transports on site. The employee told me only 1 was technically there. I'm not sure why they couldn't have switched something to accommodate. I had booked weeks in advance and stopped by just a few days prior to confirm everything.

The location sucked. The gentleman was extremely helpful. However I went 30 miles out of my way to pick up truck, when reservation was elsewhere. I will never do this again.

Julian PI made a reservation for a 6x12 trailer to pick up in Bridgeport Wv. I was on a very tight schedule. I drove 1100 miles to West Virginia and before I even made it there I received a call from Uhaul the day before! telling me I had to pick up the trailer in a different location because someone didn't return the trailer yet. So then I called a Uhaul in Morgantown where I was staying and they said they had a trailer but when I gave them my I made a reservation for a 6x12 trailer to pick up in Bridgeport Wv. I was on a very tight schedule. I drove 1100 miles to West Virginia and ved a week earlier! Then I was told that this trailer in Morgantown was already rented but wasn't updated in the system. I feel like I was getting the run around and or lied to. Either way I had no choice but to rearrange my schedule and drive an hour out of my way before making an 1100 mile drive because a reservation at Uhaul doesn't mean a thing! I will buy a trailer before I give Uhaul my business for anything!

EDWARD BI made my reservation in Morgantown. I was called the day before to pick up truck in Grafton. On top of all of the stress of moving, UHaul made my move that much more stressful. I did not have an extra 3 hours out of my day to drive to Grafton. I recommend not giving Joe Moore's your business. This same scenario had happened to a few of my customers. They should not do business like this.
