Sales person walked out to truck with me smoking on vape pen, pulled lock off gave me the key walked off. I drove the truck to the upper lot to inform them they did not note the fuel correct it was a 1/4 tank less than stated. Asked them to do a damage walk through because I do not have a smart phone. Truck steering wheel and interior was sticky. Salesman that helped us obviously hates his job and dealing with customers. We had the impression that it was a burden for him to complete our prior reservation.

Everything went well. The staff at this location was very patient & professional with me when I had a delay due to a shackle locked onto my hitch. They recommended a locksmith and eventually I was on my way. The trailer handled great!!

The location and service was excellent —the app was not. I logged on and updated my password and tried to update my email (there was an old defunct one on the account) and it would not accept my regular email. So I used my wife’s email. Then—as I was checking in the rental after hours with the app I started to drop my phone but when I caught it it had clicked off the rental return section and would not indicate it received my info.

The truck was old and dirty, the steering wheel was sticky and doors did not want to close easy, also there was a bad smell inside almost like a lingering cigarette smoke smell. Pick up and drop off was easy and the employes are nice and helpful. Just did not like the truck I got.

Limit time access does make it hard when you work days and have limited evenings hours to make access as with get dinner time before needing sleep. 24/7 access with surveillance would work better as you have dual access entry already in play. Just set gates to auto open via pass code entry

OMG! What happened to U-Haul. I've used you 3 times in the past 1 1/2 years. Speaking to a local rep is impossible. The repeated emails and texts are overboard. The only call I get from a real person is to have me go out of my way to either pick up or return the U-Haul truck at a location that is inconvenient for me. The nickel and dime added surcharges add up to dollars. I will look into other rental companies in the future.

We told them that it would be returned first thing Monday morning at Hillsboro Oregon. They weren't very happy about that. There weren't even really for us when got there. The car trailer had a flat. They didn't know what to do. They acted like our time didn't matter. Well it did matter. Then they put on the paper work that it should be returned Sunday at 2:30 pm. There was no way we could do that. With weather and traffic was next to impossible. They need to listen to the customers. They cost me $83.00 more. I not very happy about what they did to me. Just because they want us to return the stuff back to Roseburg Oregon. Don't know that I will ever rent from u haul again because of that. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL. WE DROVE OVER 8 HOURS JUST TO GET HOME.

Had been at the storage facility for over a year. Paid monthly for this month and emptied my unit. Asked for a refund for remaining time and was rudely informed you don't do refunds. I will make sure my family and friends all about that. It isn't right and should most definitely be addressed. I am owed at minimum 40 bucks for remainder of the month. I will not rent from your facility again due to this. Nor will anyone I know

Well done. Would like them to be more upfront when checking the vehicle in, as the additional charges showed up after I had left and was told "good to go, no issues" then when I called back to ask about the charges the folks at this location were unable to tell me anything and that I had to call the 800 number, which I did, and I had an extremely helpful agent on the other end who was able to explain some things, which helped it make more sense.

I fo not appreciate the uhaul's tendency to nickle and dime customers at every opportunity (gas prices, exact milage, buying extra insurance) but mostly forcing me to give an emergency contact and signing documents saying I will immediately pay for the damage. Also, the signs in the back of the van to this effect were unnecessary and just rude. Also the van smelled like smoke. I understand that you have had bad customers in the past, but I have not been one of them and didnt deserve being treated this way. Surprised I wasn't charged for that. I have used uhaul several times over the last 20+ years. I will start looking elsewhere in the future.

Absolutely unacceptable. We ordered this storage online and had NO IDEA that it would be upstairs, around corners and impossible to bring furniture into. We paid BEFORE we were shown the unit, which all had to be undone when we found out we couldn’t bring our antique furniture into the facility. The experience was frustrating and the unit was completely unusable.

This Umpqua location in ROSEBURG was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. No issues in the year we used it. It is very unfortunate we had to switch storage units from this location..
HOWEVER, we have had to terminate all services, both privately and our companies, with Uhaul, switching our regular truck rentals and storage units to other companies, due to the MEDFORD/Rogue Valley location in Oregon, and its employees. And the lack of response from mangement or corporate regarding that location.
One of my employees witnessed employees using drugs while a line up of cars waited to be unhooked. When he brought this to the attention of the employee at the counter inside he was then threatened and verbally attacked by numerous employees.
We attempted for several months to get any sort of response or resolution from Uhaul as we had dozens of units across the country and clearing them out is obviously a last resort. As long as the Medford employee who threatened ny guy is still employed by Uhaul then we can no longer do any business with any Uhaul.

The Roseburg Uhaul staff was always polite, patient, efficient and helpful. My only complaint with Uhaul is being on hold for 30 minutes or longer with call center to make my monthly payments. I couldn't use online site because it "wasn't found". I tried to create new one and couldn't becsuse "email already has an acount".

I rented a storage unit and because I hadn't moved anything in yet and placed a lock on the door. They re-rented my unit. I found out when I went to show up with my stuff and somebody else was moving into my unit. Even though I had paid up till the end of the month and was no we're near the due date. Very upsetting to me.

Facility was excellent. Free moving carts were very useful. Staff is friendly and responsive to requests. Only feedback is replace yellow raised bumps on floor with paint so carts don't get snagged.
