Dierdre DThey rented me a truck without air conditioning, with the driver's seat broken that blocked visibility on the road, making my 1 and a half hour round trip super dangerous. Plus, the driver's side charger is useless to charge cell phones or other devices.

ROBERT CThey should turn the trucks on and check for warnings. A few minutes after we left the location, the dash indicated the truck needed an oil change.

Susanna GThe cab of the truck had some sticky substance in and around the cup holder. I requested a utility and appliance dolly and only relieved the utility dolly and some protective blankets which I did not order. I was charged for the utility and appliance dolly and the blankets.

Ly HAC was not working in truck…. Other than that great experience could not have two nicer people than Clyde and Bobbi representing your company…. They alone made not having AC in a vehicle in Florida in June not so annoying…
