On Tuesday, 04-26-2016, I reserved a 9' U-Haul van and appliance dolly at 3026 Florin Rd, Sacramento, CA 95822, for FRIDAY, 04-29-2016. Because the rental equipment were unavailable at that location on that date, I arranged to pick it up from 6425 Stockton Bl, Sacramento, CA 95823, on FRIDAY, 04-29-2016. The black female U-Haul employee at 3026 Florin mistakenly reserved the equipment for pick up on Saturday, 04-30-2016, one day later than when I needed it. I did not notice her error on Order/Reservation confirmation # 86112686.
On FRIDAY, 04-29-2016, when I arrived at 6425 Stockton Bl to pick up the rental equipment, it was unavailable until Saturday, for which the black female at Florin Rd had mistakenly reserved it. The U-Haul employee at Stockton Bl sent me to 6414 44th St, Sacramento, CA 95823.
There, at 6414 44th St, U-Haul employee Hunter Driscoll adjusted my reservation to the correct day (FRIDAY), and immediately rented the equipment to me for a price lower than quoted to me by the black female at Florin Rd. I was ecstatic! Mr. Driscoll also showed me how to operate the van and dolly. Mr. Driscoll ensured customer satisfaction. Mr. Driscoll is an excellent employee who redeemed U-Haul's national reputation for good service.
When I returned the equipment to 6414 44th St on Saturday, 04-30-2016, the contract price remained the same, guaranteeing customer satisfaction. Well done!

P.S.: Contrary to the contract, I live in Sacramento, not Healdsburg. The erroneous address stated in the contract was a minor clerical error, which anyone could have made. I was asked where I was taking the van to (Healdsburg), not where I was taking the van from (Sacramento, where I remain).
