I made the reservation online, and when I got there the guy said that I had no choice but to get the insurance on it, even though it asked me if I wanted it or not. Website did not say it was a requirement. That was a charge I was not expecting. Will not do business there again.

He was awesome, I didn't catch his name. Young Black American highly intelligent and knowledgeable about the storage process and size . And also met me at the door and proceeded to show the process of checking and gaining access to storage area, all the while handling customers; that were purchasing boxes and things. The guy gave us a couple reconditioned boxes to finish the job. TOTALLY AWESOME keep guys like this you'll never have a customers complaint. period

However my phone wouldn't pull up the location and I got charged with a $20 fee for dropping my truck rental off after hours. This is crazy to fee to charge your loyal customers. I guess the store is trying to hit their numbers for the month.

Amanda H.11-2-2023 65th and geyer springs street Little Rock Arkansas. Terrible service. Very rude always on phone with his girlfriend he told me it was his girlfriend. Told me to wait by trailer and said I be out there in a little bit. Another man drove up and helped load trailer. Turns out trailer wouldn't work for me but he told me it would. So I didn't get my full refund which took a while because he was on phone. He was very very bad unfriendly how in the hell would someone hire him for customer service

Then my reservation was not ready and they gave me something different and it ended up being way more than it would've been if I got what I requested.

Sandra L.The truck smelled like weed when I got inside. According to the clerk & paperwork, the gas gauge was supposed to be above 1/2 a tank. It was below. I was told the truck was “good to go†after I made my payment. Got to my destination, lifted the door, and the back was almost completely full of empty boxes. Lost a whole day of moving progress. Called the store, got transferred to “transportâ€. Still waiting on a refund…
Brian W.The only thing is I think I paid too much. They charged me 43 dollars and sum cent then when I returned U-Haul they charged me an extra 23 dollars. She said the reason is I told them 20 miles and went 43 miles. From 65 street in Little Rock Arkansas to 2011 Aztec Dr in North Little Rock Arkansas is not far at all. So I think I was over charged.

It’s in a great location from the highway and close to where I live. Kenyatta Connors and staff were always super friendly and helpful when I had a request or question. The facility is safe and secure. The other customers and people I met there were just like me: looking for a safe and affordable storage area for their needs. Thank you.

Kimberly G. | Overall ExperienceWas initially given a storage unit that was already occupied by another customer. Even though I made a reservation more than 2 weeks ago, I had to store my belongings at another site. The general manager did not give me my key so I had to return to the Geyer Springs location. In addition, the unit I was given had a faulty latch. I was then directed to a 3rd U-Haul location for assistance. I waited up to 1 hour to get assistance with the faulty latch. The level of service I received was not acceptable and I regret using Uhual for this move. Booking everything was convenient, but I ended up paying for it in the end.
Ann I.The only issue we had was with the size of the truck we were renting. We were told this location had 2500 trucks to rent so we made a reservation for this size truck. When we got to this location, we were told they only had 1500 trucks to rent so we had no other choice but to rent that one. I called the 800 phone number for uhaul to see if we could switch the truck out once we got to our destination only to find out Uhaul does not rent 2500 trucks. The staff we spoke to at two different locations did not know this fact. Making sure your staff knows the equipment they have to rent would be helpful. However, at this same location while dropping off the truck, one of your employees came into work even though she was off to show a customer how to load and secure a vehicle to a trailer he was pulling with one of your box trucks. That was dedication to your company and the safety of your customers. She made sure everything was done correctly, which as a customer, I greatly appreciate. I hope this information helps.

The employee at the store was kind and refunded my money for the items. But unfortunately this issue made a huge mess of my move.

I spoke with the representative which informed me they didn’t have anymore units available and there was nothing he could do. I had to find another storage facility and get the truck turned back in with a hour a spare and it was close to everything closer. It was very inconvenient. Time and money wise.
