Hector L.Rental went very well even though there was only one person working. The manager hadn't shown up yet. At the end of the day it took a while to get someone to check in my returned equipment. Two people were working and it took more than ten minutes for someone to help me. I went inside and finally found someone at the desk.

Vincent C.We had our Uhaul stolen. The trailer was recovered but our contents were gone. Please put trackers in all trailers. If I ever use another Uhaul I will put in my own tracker. Also better locks. The Uhaul lock was cut off very easily.

Sean L.It took a while to pick up my truck. The line was long and the mobile app to get it was tedious and NOT time efficient. The truck I got had less than 1/4 tank of gas. I told the attendant I was not comfortable with driving with that little of gas and he just said that is what it has. I had to go immediately to a gas station and spend $22.01 to bring it up to a level I felt more comfortable with. The tire pressure light was on the whole time. Before I took the truck, the attendant filled it with air and told me to ignore the light. I feel I should get a discount because the equipment was not safe or prepared for the client.
Lisa P.They gave me a truck with a lower tire signal and i was told that it wasn't. i went inside twice and then he said ok let's switch it. Then i got a truck with a crack pipe in the back. I was charged $48 dollars for gas and turned it in with the same exact fuel i was given.

Reginald P.Re: equipment. Perhaps U-Haul should consider having back-up cameras installed on the trucks; not everyone is familiar with backing up box trucks. Not everyone has someone to guide them while backing.

maria S.I had a booking for 2 days and return at 5pm. We dropped it off early at 10am and I forgot the lock came back an hour later at 11am and they cut off my lock. They only called my number and not my brother, since we both rented the moving truck. They didn't even call him. My phone was on silent and when I realized we forgot the lock, I called them 5 times in a row and they didn't answer the phone. It kept saying it was transferring to U-Haul main line since they were busy at this location and unable to answer the phone. Very disheartening, the lock was borrowed from my mother. Wouldn't return to this location. They could have texted or email, before cutting the lock.

Andres P.Stop charging for pieces that should be included in the rental. It's expensive and unnecessary. If someone doesn't return a piece of equipment, just charge the payment method of file. It's not fair and frustrating as hell.

I walked in without an appointment and watched in amazement as Brianna acknowledged me while servicing a customer she was working with, and initiated my rental process seamlessly rotating back and forth between two registers. She worked quickly but didn't rush and never stopped engaging both the other customer or myself. I work in sales and retail, and know what customer service looks like… Brianna is the embodiment of what all customer service professionals should strive to achieve! If Brianna is not the branch manager or considered for a corporate training/customer service position, I think the organization is missing out on a gem. Not only will I recommend this location to a friend, I will personally recommend Brianna, if she has not been promoted to a corporate role. Thank you!

Kelly F.I made my reservation for a truck about a week before my move and included moving services with it. The morning of the move, about an hour before my reservation, I get a call saying that they don't have a truck for me and I had to call scheduling. I called and cancelled that reservation to get another for a different sized truck at another location just before my movers were supposed to arrive. Once I get to the second location I am yelled at because he doesn't have any trucks and told I'm "shit out of luck, call uhaul to deal with it". I had to cancel my movers who still charged me and hung up on me when I said I couldn't reschedule for the next day because I needed to be out that day. I finally get a reservation for 445 at this location again and there was only one worker so I didn't get my truck until almost 530 and there was garbage in the back. I didn't receive the two $50 inconvenience repayments that I was told I would receive after calling back the final time AND I'm stuck disputing charges from the movers that blocked my number. This was the literal worst experience ever and I won't be using Uhaul for my next move.
Alexis J.Train your staff on how to properly and or correctly install the safety chains. Rule of DOT is to cross the chains over, and to be straight not twist them and make them short. If the chains are short they'll snap when you make Left & Right turns. It's not my first rodeo on trailer rental...
Richard H.First, the delivery person has a very bad attitude. Next, talk about your car. It's very bad and makes a lot of noise. It moves too slow and the wheels are soft.

Dustin H. | Online Move InEl trato al servicio al cliente muy ineficiente, el carro me le dieron solo con un cuarto de gas y cuando regrese el carro nadie me atendió solo me pidió la llave y ni siquiera salio a darme las gracias pero lo peor de todo es que el carro tiene el aro por donde le entra la gasolina roto y pase un mal rato al echarle gas , toda la gasolina se vino hacia afuera lo intente en otra pump y paso lo mismo por que el aro de la entrada no sirve. Pésimo servicio. Jamás regreso aceste lugar! Se necesita un buen entrenamiento a sus empleados!

I understand "peak hours" but surely you have an appointment schedule and know when more people are available? There were times when I'd arrive and the door to the lockers was wide open, due to some system glitch where the cards weren't scanning. As soon as I found another place to rent from, I took it. Terrible service, terrible location.

Although the facility is well lit, It is helpful to bring your own flashlight or lantern to use within your actual unit because it is very dark inside, especially if it is full. The only light you would have comes into your unit from the hallway directly outside your door. I appreciate it knowing there were security cameras monitoring within the facility that you could see on a screen upon entry at the side door. I was very happy when I needed an extra hand the employee working helped me just before office closing time!
