Alexandre SI’ve had been a customer of this location for over 20 years. I set up the rental of a 20 foot truck the day before. The attendant was helpful and curtious and helpful. When I returned the next day a lady was there as the attendant . She very rude . I couldn’t understand her instructions . She talked very fast . Seemed very pit out . When I returned the truck , I entered the facility to return the truck she was there . Sitting in her chair . She didn’t greet me . Never made eye contact or said a word. Another gentelman came over . I told him I have brought the truck back. I tried to ask questions of returning the truck . I was told abruptly I would receive my receipt in my Email.. this location 59 st and I 35 in Oklahoma City . I picked the truck at 10:00am on a 4 hour rental . Returned the truck 2and a half hours later. .

Richard GHave a truck that can adjust the mirrors to actually be usable. Have suspension that is not complete shit. Have the truck actually have an alignment that is not 15° off center.

Kristen HGot the truck with the gas not at the amount they said it would be at, the truck was dirty in the front and back and they tried to charge me a cleaning fee when that is the way I got the truck, the customer service was very poor, reserved a storage unit and could not move in after an employee said to me she had been out and didn't know if any was open to move into, they just would help out after finding out they had 5 storage units that I could have moved into, I had to move my things into my apartment.

I was charged twice for the tow straps and charged $17.95 for online ordering and another $22.00 for the fee and another $22.00 for fees.
Charity GAuto trailers fenders not zip tied together. Better prep for next customer. Customer service person was good but she had no support from others working there too. Would be nice to have people crossed trained so she not overwhelmed when there busy so people not waiting 45 minutes

robin bThe check engine light was on. Started the truck on the 1st load and it was running really rough, wanting to die. Pushing the gas the truck would barely move. It worked its way out of it but would still run rough every time I started it back up. The traction stability warning came on too, not sure why.

Kelly BDid not agree on estimating mileage. Was given one estimate on the web site,, then once at location, was asked to give an estimate? It went from 70.00 estimated for two days, then went to 198.00, after negotiating on mileage. The company had no dolly’s to use, and really did not feel clear on what I just paid over 300.00 for after all was said and done. I did have the truck for several hours longer, but if I’m being charged over, I felt it could of been explained that I could return it the end of the day. The clerk at the site insisted I return it as soon as possible. Stating a customer was waiting on it. Also instructed I needed to bring it back to that very location and not one closer to me. Now typing this, I stored my property at another U-Haul site on Sooner Rd. And Se 59th Street. I have great things I could type about that site. Bree, and a male clerk, believe his name is Deontrey?? Very helpful, showed empathy when I wasn’t clear on some help. I would recommend service for that site.

Tina JI had to change drop off location because no one was at the one I was supposed to use. I had to have help unloading the trailer because I had back surgery. The south high store was very helpful. Some of your drop off locations are not very good. No one is there and the never answer the phone.
Bobby TRenting the truck was quick and easy, but they did not have the furniture pads that I’d reserved. The agent let me know when I arrived to get the moving van. The agent suggested that I try other locations to find pads, rather than help with locating them.

Jesse TI wasn’t told the uhaul didn’t have a loading ramp when ordering the 10’ truck over the phone and didn’t really need a 15’ truck . But I would’ve got it instead since it had a ramp . Otherwise the all staff was friendly

After a month they Uhaul started charging me double of my original payment when they realized they gave me a bigger unit. I told them it was not my mistake and I didn't even needed this big of a storage but they ignored me and kept charging me more than they should have.

We got another night to get the job done with no problems. The customer service is great!!!!! I'll be doing business with them everything I move. All around 5 stars.

In the storage there was dirty and dead bugs everywhere. I've used other uhaul facilities in colorado and they were much nicer i was very disappointed in this one
ashley g | First ImpressionsI just hate that my daughter's stuff got sold because we found out too late to be able to pay the back charges that we had incured because we thought that the storage had been sold months and months and months ago and when we found out that it was still there I Ladonna gray could not pay the large amount that was supposed to be paid to get the storage out I had to pay rent car note and utilities and could not afford to pay the $700 and whatever amount dollars to get that storage out that was my daughter's not mine and she is no longer working but the lady who I talked to was very nice and tried to work with me but I just could not afford to pay that amount to get it out that if it was half of that amount then maybe I could have swung it but I could not afford to pay almost $800 to get the storage out at the last minute.

Then when I met the worker at 6:30 before the “office opened” she wouldn’t even take the lock off of a PAID UNIT. Lazy sack of shits

Said something about it and they were like oh well not my problem. I will not rent storage again and telling my friends not too. Plus I am not being compensated for all the inconveniences.

The next person we checked with said that wasn’t true, and the building closed by seven. We are moving stuff after work, so that does not leave enough time to get stuff done. The woman we spoke to about the 24 hour access issue was rude and said that option never existed, but it’s on a sign in the office, behind the desk on the right hand side. Also, the way the door was set up, it was incredibly difficult to get a round lock on there. I wouldn’t recommend this storage place to another person.
