The staff were very nice to work with. They were very prompt in getting the trailers ready for me. The u-boxes worked really well for my move, easy to load and unload, and my stuff was exactly the way I stored it. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

I used mobile app pickup which was Terrible!!! I spent 20 minutes in my car completing same data that I entered when reserving, then got kicked out. I went in to complete my transaction in person, and they had me complete the reservation in the app. This process took almost an hour inside walking through the app with an employee!!!! I expected the pickup to take 5 minutes using the mobile app, but instead was stuck at the location for over an hour. The App experience was repetitive and confusing, which prolonged the process instead of making it quicker. Overall my pickup was over an hour leaving my helpers sitting around and waiting. Never again!!!

I wanted a pickup but the person who had it wasn't returning it, they could not get a hold of her. the truck they gave me, had a low tire sensor alert for the front left tire, they filled it. they said it had a quarter of a tank of gas, as I was driving to my location, I noticed it was not a quarter but an 1/8, I almost ran out of fuel. As I was completing my task, the low tire pressure alert came back on. I told them all this when I got back to the store, I suggested taking it out of service to get that tire checked, it may have a slow leak. One last thing, the paperwork said I need to return with a quarter tank of fuel, which I did, unlike when I picked the vehicle up

I was told to come back the following day for assistance loading my car on the dolly to ensure that the car was attached properly. When I came back the next day, I did not receive help with information on how to load my car on the dolly. The staff member did the quick attach of the trailer to the Uhaul and went back inside without providing info on how to attach or to help. I understand it was cold outside, but peace of mind that the car was attached properly would have been nice. I was also told that the truck would have cruise control, but it did not. Made the 17 hour trip pretty hard

I was worried about getting a storage unit. Then I walked in and explained my situation and whoever was working that day, went above and beyond explaining how everything worked. I got the first month free which was a huge plus for me/and beyond nice and amazing. Then you can add insurance and get the after hour availability option, which was also a huge plus. The unit was super clean and I couldn’t recommend renting from U-haul enough. When you’re in a pinch, this place was beyond awesome. I could drive right into the garage area and the unit was super easy to get into. Thank you U-haul!!

A big thanks to Jared and his team. At first attempt to install the hitch, one bolt twisted off. They immediately advised me to delay further install until I could free up all the bolts, since they predicted more trouble that they couldn't deal with with their equipment. If they would have twisted off more bolts, it would have cost a bundle to have them drilled out. With 3 days effort and lots of penetrating oil, I was able to free the bolts and install the hitch. Then, Jared checked my work, installed the wiring harness and verified its functions. Good job!!

The overall process was fairly simple but the location looked kinda rough inside. When I walked in there were three guys just sittin around waiting for something to happen. The place really looked messy and disorganized. They also forgot to give me my hitch ball, draw bar and pin. I had to ask.

I didn't receive a printed copy of my contract or a printed sales receipt when I finished paying. I was old their printer wasn't working. Also, the fuel tank was nearly empty. Stopping for fuel resulted in going over my allotted miles and I was charged extra when I returned the truck.

There are other u haul locations closer to my house but I will go out of my way to use this one. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It is a larger rental location and it can get busy so you might have to wait a little bit but I don't mind. Their truck and trailer inventory seems to be the largest in my area, I like that.

I requested for a move out on October 3. Yet you don’t have my move out date until today 10/18/2023. I’m not happy that I will be charged Besides that You have HOMELESS people living in the parking lot and staying in the storage facility. They are Always inside the garage doors parked and getting water to give to their animals. The homeless use the bathroom and are constantly there. I did NOT feel safe due to the HOMELESS people Living in the garage doors and the parking lot.

EVERY single time I tried to access my unit, I could not get the bay doors to open. Then I had to either walk or drive my car up to the office. VERY INCONVENIENT. Your assistant manager, the woman (Lisa?), was FABULOUS. I was escaping a domestic abuse situation and she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my experience and day better. Kudos.

Sinage in relation to the timing for the garage doors to the loading/unloading bay for vehicles to exit is lacking. No time is posted to state how long before the doors automatically close. Also the eyes that are supposed to detect if anything/anyone is in the way of the door are not properly aligned on any of the doors and are mostly at a 45° angle so they have no way of properly detecting anything. Also management chose to communicate mostly via text which I found to be odd and a bit sketchy. Along with the fact that the garage door situation that occurred we contacted law enforcement for an incident report which the manager should have done as it was his property. Overall not a bad experience but definitely not one I want to have again.

After a harrowing move from a family member's upstairs apartment on a rainy day, we were pleasantly surprised that we could unload indoors and use a heavy duty hand cart for a quick and stress-free unload. Staff was friendly and helpful on check-in. The only concerns were that the garbage really needs to be emptied on the particular day were were there, and when we had a question the intercom was not answered and we had to go back to the office to ask. This was not a major concern and as a general rule we would highly recommend U-Haul storage. We also were happy that a lock was provided on check-in and we didn't have to run out and buy one. The system seems to be very well organized.

I moved because you keep raising my rates. Two times in one year. I always was on auto pay and being a long-term renter would have stayed had my rates not been raising. I know you will say a rebuttal I can't help that. I just wanted to be treated fairly like I am at my other storage facility I tried talking to you but was met with it is corporate policy. Like I stated I was the perfect long term renter and would have stayed.

The access pads were confusing at first to get in after hours and the garage doors most time don't want auto open. Besides that everything was ok. I do wish you can actually see the size of storage space beforehand cause I got a smaller one than I thought it was.

I was afraid for my life so many nights stuck here waiting on police . I was held at gunpoint at this facility and the other customers to this day run a drug operation here . I was never discounted by the manager and they actually kept my money and rented my unit to someone else before I even moved out I am so happy to say I will never use uhaul again they should Be less obsessed with auctioning off garbage and more about the life and safety of the customers .

The storage facility workers were great but the truck I had was definitely not ok. No breaks on the truck especially on the highway truck wouldn't stop kept on going putting myself and others at risk. Was a horrifying experience.

People land on hard times which I did. I became homeless and struggled to keep my storage space. I never received my due notes cause they mailed them to my old address and I had no forwarding address. I told them to send them E-mail or message but never received them. Sure I should know but life hands you things you are not prepared for. Its sad I had to lose everything! It's like my life never mattered

I had tried to call to extend the time I had the truly and to get roadside assistance. Kept getting a recording that the voicemail was not set up. I tried to get roadside assistance and got a recording that they could not take my call at this time. Please try calling at a later time Goodbye. I will NOT pay for extra days. Because I could get a hold of anyone. I even called from there parking lot and got the voicemail was not set up. I walk in and there was one person there no phones were ringing. I am pretty sure they didn’t answer because they didn’t want to work. They never called me they just came and took the truck. Now they have my things. That were in the truck they said I couldn’t take the truck and dropped my things at my storage facility. Now I will go tomorrow I am not paying anything extra because had they bothered to call me and actually talk to me this would not be happening. Now I need to get the rest of my things out on Tuesday and I will need a truck I better not have any trouble. Also they left a blue metal object that when I went to leave and because it was small I did not see it and it’s probably damaged my car but I saw others that were put up by building to get them out of the way.

There’s ad bit of confusion about 24 hour access terms when I converted from a 5x10 storage to 10x10. The 10x10 requires contact with a CSR to rent while the smaller units were entirely contactless and automated almost instantaneously. Otherwise I am very satisfied and would highly recommend!

I have used Uhaul in the past and have never dealt with someone so rude. Who ever worked yesterday when I came to get my storage unit at 2pm was very unprofessional. He was on a personal call when I walked in and continued to talk to them for a few minutes before telling the person to call them back because he had a customer as if I was an inconvenience to his time. He then proceeded to require a second contact name and number. Not once before have I had to provide this since I am a single adult. He then told me it was company policy to have 2 contacts. I get thay is normal in most cases cases but the fact that I had to provide my mother's information who lives in Florida was demeaning to say the least. Then when it came time to get my storage unit that was reserved he told me that just because something is reserved does not mean you actually have one. So after I just drove 17 hours I was told that I would just have to wait a unit to become available or use one they have which is a larger size. So originally my climate controlled 10 × 15 was 145 a month and the only one available that day was a 16 × 20 which was close to 300 dollars. I can't give the exact amount because he would not give me a receipt. He said it would be emailed. Still haven't received the email for that even though I ask for one. Once I had finished unloading my 20ft truck I asked for the receipt and to show that I had turned it in in the 19th since I was told the price of the truck was by day. He again refused to give me a receipt and told me it doesn't matter you aren't going to save any money any way. I have worked in customer service jobs before and I get people have bad days. But this man was rude, demeaning, and honestly just lazy. I will continue to call customer service until I speak to someone about this because never before have I been treated so poorly for no reason at all.

Unfortunately my unit is 2 small units versus the 1 larger unit I requested...which means 2 doors, 2 locks and a wall that lessens the available space. Also, there was NO clear explanation of the process to get into the building and the BLUE keypad versus the other ones that are there. It is simple now that I now the process, but it was very frustrating not knowing what to do and having an alarm sound when we opened the doors. Also, there should be a much easier way to remove the zip-tie during your 1st entry into the storage units.

By far this is the best UHaul experience I've had, in the 30+ years I have rented in various parts of the country. I waited almost an hour to get service and the price quoted they quoted to me when I made my my reservation was not honored. I got a whole story about how they don’t know how I got my quote, even through the agreement clearly shows they quote me differently from what they expect me to pay. Great storage but you’ll have to wait long for service and the price will change on you.

My unit had a lock free but I purchased one inside and was not allowed to return the free one. I Was told it would sit as a “credit” for next U-Haul on a “list.” Also, I moved out of the unit after hours. I Called U-Haul the next morning to finalize My move out. I was told I must come in person to check out. I drove across town on My lunch hour. The man asked my name clicked on a button and said ok you are checked out. SERIOUSLY???? That couldn’t havE been done without my trip across town He didn’t check the unit or anything. I was frustrated especially when you add the lack of credit for the U-Haul lock.

Kept locking me out if I was 3 or days late on payments. Over 6 months of renting I had access for less than 40 days total. They got every penny I owed plus a 20 dollar late fee every month. RIP off
