I made a reservation online for a small trailer. When I arrived to the place 30 minutes after the reservation only one attendant was at the phone and with customers at the same time. I was waiting more than 25 minutes while other person was waiting on hold on the line all that time as well. The computer system was so slow that my contract was a nightmare to print. The trailer had a problem with the lights and was me who notice it because the employee don't even border at checking the lights, when I said the lights were not working inmediately he blame my truck but with a different trailer everything turn just fine. When I drop off the trailer nobody check it, an employee just point me were to drop it and that's all. Very unprofessional.
It was trully a pleasure renting a commercial van from this location. The staff was wonderful and extreamly professional. I encountered a problem with my business van not starting full of wedding flowers and had to rush to your location and rent a van. The young lady at the counter heared my story and saw the rush I was in and quickly took care of me. I apologize for not recalling her name. I rented the vehicle on Saturday. September 17th, 2016 at around 1pm. Please extend my gratitude for her professional services.
I will always continue to use your services in the future. Hopefully not under the same circumstances.

It always took 2 to 3 pple to help me due to a language barrier. If you get there the morning of your due date, you find a lock on your storage. I thought it was if you were PAST DUE, not due.
When I request my rental I told the lady that I refuse my insurance because the credit card cover the insurance you can see this in the rentals I made in February and in July that I use the same credit card and I did not insured.She did not did what I told her and she put the insurance.Because I never insured the rental I did not read the paper.Even I asked her how can I add a driver and she told me that I have to arrange this with my insurance
When we picked the truck up, the gas was not completely full. We were informed to bring it just as it was, and that's exactly how we returned it. Only to be informed today that, we did not fill it and that we had to be charged over $5. That is unacceptable. You are not abiding by your own rule or policy.
I was called the following morning to ask when I was going to return the truck. That indeed was absurd. The truck was returned around 9:30 PM or so on the same day, after dropping off the freezer picked up from Sears.. I should have thought that before calling you would check your from your parking lot, if the truck had been retuned. But, even when I informed the lady that the truck was returned the same night, no sort of apology was given.
I am very much disappointed in this location.
We pulled intout the rental return area and waited quite a while for someone to help us. (There is a sign that states to stay there and someone will assist). Meanwhile 3 employees were at the probably filling area talking, laughing, and ignoring customers.
I had to eventually go into the store and request that someone take care of us. The employee in the store used her radio to cour contact one of the 3 that were at the propane station and eventually one came and took care of our return.
Apparently customer service is not a priority at this location.
Communicating from staff to customers needs to be improved, vehicle should be given at requested time instead of waiting hours for it, trucks/Dolly's should be inspected before given to the customer so that way they don't have to take it to the shop and cause a delay for the customer.
Location is clean and employees are courteous. However, the trailer sucks. The motorcycle trailer pulled left all the way from Miami to Gainesville. Road Side Assistance was courtious, but could not help, unless I wanted to wait for 2 hours. U-Haul customer service was horrible and no one could make the change for me to drop off the trailer in Gainsville. All suggested that I either wait for road side assistance or drag the lopsided trailer back to Miami.
Manager in Miami told me that he would take care of me for the trouble. Says a great deal about the customer service in the Miami location. Andres in Miami was the only one that took the time to listen to my problem.
The lopsided trailer is a charm compared to the crappy customer service at U-Haul offices which I've had to put up with for the last 1 1/2 hours. Will be happy to pay for the drop off charge to another location just to unload the lousy trailer.
The rental process was great. I reserved online. Filled out everything in my home on computer. Arrived and everything was ready. I was going to purchase a small pickup truck but since it was such a great experience I have no need to. When I have to move something that will not fit in my car. I will just go to U haul and rent one of your great trucks with great employees. Thanks Robert

Truck I rented had a very loose steering system. I had to move the steering wheel back and forth several inches before it would move in either direction.

You need more employees, i had to wait 2 Hours in the line to be attended; when the Rep. attended me, the Reservation was made for 10:30 P.M. NOT FOR A.M. that I Requested for pic up the truck. Your employees must to be attend to details, they neither said nothing.
Horrible experience. Bad customer service. Kids working there inside. Guys didn't know what they were doing. Made me so mad. They treated me so bad
Have trucks available when reservations are made. We waited over 2 hours for a truck. We made reservations for 10 am and did not get a truck until almost 1 pm. Also, check your trucks better after they are dropped off. Our truck came with a tie strap for the dolly broken off and they wanted to charge us for it when we never used it.
I made res for 17foot truck. Was given a 17 ft white truck no uhaul sign on. I ask is the truck working properly was told yes no problem. I get in the truck gas was wrong miles were wrong. Agent corrected it on my paper and intialed it. Said it would be corrected. I leave, what would of taken me 7 hours took me 13 hours. I take the truck back Sunday and wanted to talk the manager the truck would crank and crank it would take a while to start. No manager was told its on Hold for manager to call and resolve. Did not get a call was charged wrong for 118 miles when i used 38.6 and also thr gas I was charged wrong. Tried calling directly spoke to reginal and Melissa got disconnected. Tried calling back had to call customer service. Waiti g for a call to resolve.. I will never go there ever again.
Everything went well, rep. Knew what he was talking about.
Given 1 address on phone, another in email, then called after going to wrong place only to be given 3rd wrong address (was told street instead of ave) Luckily got there on time only to wait an HOUR and a HALF to get our truck and attempt to check out at which time your system refused the first 2 cards (bank said you never even ran them from what they can see) then it finally accepted the 3rd which was our business card that we didn't want to put the charge on to begin with. The entire experience was a total cluster ------- !!
Customer service was horrible. A/c in truck kicked in and out. There was a customer looking for an unavailable truck and when he left, manager and employee were speaking badly about him. Wonder what they say of others. Fortunately, my move is complete and won't be needing a truck soon. If I do, won't be from there!!!!!
Not enough trucks!!!, had been there several times and never get what i need.
The Truck Had no A/C .. I had to take it because i had no choice.

The inside of the pickup truck was clean the outside not.
The truck only had only 5000 miles
Besides waiting over 20 minutes to be attended, I had to perform the basic duties of checking the lights on the trailer myself after it was hooked up to my vehicle. I had a great experience last year when I rented a 6x12 from the same location. This time it seemed no one wanted to give you service. I did spend almost $400.00 for this transaction and felt like I just went in to buy a box. Extremely disappointed.
My trip was l5.8miles According to my contract the tank was full of gasoline. When I went at the gas station 2 blocks from the rental I put. 7.07 gallons of gas for a total of $15.95. According to this this truck the efficiency was 2.23 miles per gallon.

The lift on the trucknis old and did not attch as it should gave to the truck for a seamless rampnto access furniture, etc. We had a tough time withit ad a step down and up to loading and unloading.
I had to extend the return for a few more hours. I tried multiple times to call the location but after of several minutes on hold, it sounded like was ringing and then hang up. After several tries, the automated system sent me to the call center. They informed me the location did not have a overnight drop off. When I went to return the truck I found out it did. This wasted 1.5 hours of the next morning. The location is seriously understaffed. Also, I could not find anyone on your website whether a location has overnight drop off or not. This should be part of your location description.
My comments are only for the ladies that work the customer service desk. They are extremely unprofessional. Customer service is something these ladies need training on as they lack the basic skills.

when I arrived at the location the employees din not want to help me unload the car from the tow dolly, they said if they do I had to pay them, well back in Chicago the employees do all that, I fill that should be the same in all locations around every state
Outside staff was extremely slow to get the trailer. I had to go back into the office/store to ask when I would be helped. The customer service counter person was shocked that I was still waiting.

The worst customer services from your representative name ADELA, she needs to learn the value of U-haul customers and be more business friendly. I'm renting basically every week at the same location because I don't have other choice, that is the nearby location.
Please update your uhaul renter centers I ordered thru the Internet at one location which Noone ever opened and I had to call the uhaul Co and was given a different address far away from where I needed my truck and had to change my entire day and since the address was alot farther away it cost me more miles to pay at the end which was a hard hit on my pocket they should up grade there facilities to make sure they have trucks and that they open like the rest of the uhaul places there staff at the hialeah office really help me out but kill my pocket so do your homework folks and confirm the address they have still in working and up and going thank you for your time

The unit had a roof damages and the rain went in the unit and damaged somethings.
My storage had a lot of cockroaches and eggs!

Limited times. Had to wait until someone gave back the key or the manager could open the unit. Had to make long lines and be there even an hour to get attended.

The staff was great, especially the kid that was chubby and lost weight. I noticed after leaving was slight water damage and roach/rat droppings. Needs a good extermination.
This is my first time renting a storage unit. My unit has a patch on the roof as if it leaks. hopefully my belongings does`nt get damaged. Very Shocked.

HORRIBLE I was in line for 30 minutes, while I was being take care off the staff kept laughing and making yokes among themselfs then I understood why I was in line waiting for 30 ,minutes.
The service there SUCKS big time! No one knows anything and Cabrera is never around. They overcharged me $80 that I want back.

I don`t like the key system, but if there is their policy. I accept it, but I don`t want to wait so long for some body to give me the key or my driver licence for be in or out of the storage.
