Was not aware that an additional $5 would be charged to my credit card after I returned the equipment
Earl AWe found the customer service very, very good. The employees were helpful and were able to answer all of our questions. The equipment (10' box truck) was clean, low mileage and ran well.
Kate BTrailer very old and beat up and had some wiring issues also emergency trailer break was not hooked up , spring was just hanging not attached to anything.went to other uhual to test my cars winging and verify everything worked then returned and still trailer had issues with right side (lights were very dim on right side)
Kevin R1 employee working. Had to wait past my checkin time. Given a van with dead battery. Took even more time to get another one, which made me even more late. The new van wreaked of smoke and had no radio. Filled the gas tank to the "F" mark which was more then the paper showed and more then when i picked it up. Got charged a $10 gas fee even when showing the guy the paper and pic i took. Didnt feel like arguing over $10 after a long day but what a terrible all around experience and service

William SMy initial reservation was at another U-Haul site which was not a dedicated U-Haul location. When I arrived the location, 45 minutes before my scheduled time, it was closed. This of course was after numerous email contacts confirming my reservation with instructions for 24/7 pick up. The truck was there. I spent 45 minutes combined on line and phone to get the problem resolved. It was solved and the rest of the rental experience was excellent. It’s been 36 hours and I hope the $50 credit for the inconvenience is is credited to card.
David SThe person that checked me in and gave me the trailer was excellent!! He was very attentive and kind. He was very capable and knew the process of U-Haul's rental pick up very well.

Alvaro JHad trouble starting the truck every day.i called and went in to the location to get my per mile cost from 1.39 to 99. No one would even call me back. They would tell only Milley can do it and she never called me back.i need a truck next week. I will go elsewhere. I have rented lots of trucks in the past. But now I am finished with U-Haul

I own the ballet school, Fadeyev Ballet, and we need to use the trucks for our costumes and sets. Milly and her team was always there for our company to help and accommodate our needs!
Yaroslav FFILL THE TRUCKS WITH GAS, SO WE DONT HAVE GUESS HOW MUCH TO PUT IN WHEN ITS RENTED WITH ONLY A HALF TANK, I HAD TO STOP TWICE TO GET GAS. THIS DOES SEEM LIKE A SCAM

aaron bReserved a pickup. Was not there when I got there. They substituted a 10’ truck instead. Took forever to get truck ready. Then truck had no fuel in it. Fuel amount was not amount on invoice. Then I returned with more fuel that I took it with and was still charged a $20 fuel surcharge. Not happy at all.

Coleen SClean, well maintained. There is limited parking space in this facility, which is inconvenient: a trailer is parked in the parking space in front of the entrance to the storage units, only one person can unload at a time, limited space to wait with your vehicle

I would like a credit of one or two months. I have used the storage facility for over 10 years and I’ve spent well over $25,000. I looked back and it was obviously a tremendous waste of my money. The contents of my storage unit was may be valued at about $1000, so paying 25 times that makes no sense.

Well the print out had the incorrect address on it and I imagine it does matter. So I corrected it myself on my online profile.
