Blatantly ignored by woman as she talked to her friend and let me stare at them. Was not a warm or welcoming environment whatsoever, very disappointed and will be going to another location for any other services.

Guillermo CI have spent thousands of dollars using Haul just in the past 1.5 years. That doesn't count the past 5 years. The Haul App doesn't work well, at all. On top of all of that, I was charged $18.50 for 1/16th difference in gas. It says I had 11/16th gas leaving and returned it with 5/8ths. The girl argued with me and I didn't appreciate it. Petty and B.S. I will find another moving truck company or buy my own trailer from here on out.

Bob EUnfriendly receptionist, spoke poorly of other customers. Rental truck was very used and needs to be replaced. Vehicle leaked on both doors when raining. Only positive was the check in attendant who was pleasant and professional.

Shawn BI called for an appointment and was told I would b3 able to wait. When I got to the location I was told there were two vehicles ahead of me and I could not wait. I ended up having to find a ride home. Was told I would get a call when complete. Never got a call so I decided to find a ride in order not to be without a vehicle all night at 5:30. My vehicle had been completed and was sitting (for who knows how long). When I arrived my hitch was missing the ball attachment. The person who came out and installed it left it loose. I ended up taking it off to have someone else do it for me. Poor time management and appeared not to have much training in installation. Hoping the hitch and wiring are both installed properly.

Chris UEverything was great except for the late night drop off. I was there over 30 minutes trying to get it to work. I used the app but it would not find my location. The app told me the directions for the location finder is on the sign next to the 24/7 drop off. There's a 24/7 drop off box with a QR code next to the main entrance, but the app said I need a bar code. I tried this many times and it did not work. After many tries, I located another 24/7 drop box approx 20 feet from the drop box by the door. This one had the directions I needed and it had the bar code the app told me to use. IT WAS A BUST! This did not work either. After many many attempts to use the app, exactly as the directions told me, I MUST DO, to avoid a penalty fee, I called the location. I was transferred to customer service and a man helped me solve my problem. The national customer service rep saved the day. This was a very frustrating experience.

Kurt TThe girl who helped me out Thursday 7:00 a.m. impressed me. I believe her name is Callie. She was prompt and what a hard worker. She lifted the trailer up guided me in and had almost completely had the trailer hooked up before I could get out! I asked several questions on used trailers and how they sell them and she helped me on that. She’s definitely a keeper!

James PShowed up to drop of truck and first thing wasnt even a hi. Girl looked in cab of truck and said, "Its not very clean" in a snotty voice. She threatened to charge me an extra $25 over some pine needles and dirt on the floorboard. I had to find the nearest car wash and clean it out and return it as to not be charged a ridiculous fee due to the time of year. They should know this in Montana in late winter. She could have taken 2 minutes and cleaned it or even said good morning first. When I came back from vacuuming it I stood in line for about 5 minutes and no one would acknowledge me. 1 person was helping a customer the other was just sitting behind the counter doing nothing and wouldnt even look in my direction. Finally was helped when someone from outside came in and asked if I needed assistance. On the plus side I was given free miles as I dropped it off in a different location. However the truck started rough and the rear storage compartment leaked like a sieve. Overall It was a less than satisfactory experience returning to this location.

James Ni've been thinking about the interaction with the lady who waited on me. she was so rude. i think she hated my guts. she never made eye contact and would talk really low so i had to ask "what" and feel like an idiot. i can't tell if i'm another victim of loxism or if i offened her somehow. i was my usual kind self, but she was disgusted to have to interact with me. i thought about this the whole time i was moving. it made me sad and ruined my day.
Frank CI had really great customer service on the phone and at both locations, but I will NOT use uhaul again or recommend it to a friend, I am super upset about being charged mileage and asked that someone call me, they never did. I am VERY upset and frustrated, I really worked around which would be the most economical (one way or in town) I’m just super frustrated that I was charged mileage when I didn’t go anywhere except storage unit to house and drop off. I would pay more some where else just to be treated honestly.

Dave MYou owe me a 1/4 tank of fuel. I believe when you rent something it should be full of fuel and ready for trip! I have no idea how much I will use in 125 miles and how big fuel tank is? I put in way more than I needed. Please contact me about fuel credit. Thank you!!
MARK JThe location we requested to pick up our rental was changed on us. Our reservation was made over a month in advance. There was no reason for the truck to not be available at the location we requested.

Darryl MWhile working with the employee to finalize the rental, I was informed that the damage waiver was not optional and that I would not be permitted to rent the van without purchasing the damage waiver. As I had no choice at that point I did pay the extra fee for that. I was handed the keys and pointed in the general direction of the van and left to find it myself. The van itself was covered on all sides and the interior with scratches, scrapes, large dents, and paint from previous collisions. I truly don’t understand why I was forced to pay extra for a damage waiver on a vehicle that was so clearly abused already. I have rented from this location a number of times previous but will not do so again after this experience.

Natalie SWell done, good service, good truck - would add an option on the front end for folks to add mileage to their approved mileage, though, just how things worked out for my trip, but it was only $9.00 extra dollars as I was 9 miles over.

Mattress covers and bubble wrap saved time and a trip to a big box store too, with comparable pricing. Each person at Stand St. Uhaul was kind and helpful start to finish. Amy LThe uHaul smelled as if there was a marijuana factory in the back. Concerned about driving through a state that doesn’t allow marijuana. Kids couldn’t help in the back of the trunk because the smell was horrible.

Victor CI neglected to do a walk around when I first picked up the vehicle to check for scrapes, damages, and confirm the mileage of the vehicle. The result was that I got pinned for 57 miles of travel when I only traveled 10 miles, and a $100 bill that was only supposed to be $50. So, obviously its my fault for not doing the walk around, however I will not be using Uhual again.

Jay GI had a very positive rental experience! I used one of your pickup trucks for four days to get around after a friend's car broke down and it was very safe, reliable, and convenient. I have absolutely no complaints at all.
DAVID PNo one asked if I wanted utility carts and such. Assumed they were in the back of the truck. Had to return to check them out and the salesman didn’t even offer to help me load any of them.

There is no gate, no keypad next to my unit, and no lockbox with a keypad to get into the unit. They got me in and took great care of me, but if I had shown up when they were closed with my U-Haul full of stuff, I would have been screwed.
