The customer service at this location was very disappointing. I had reserved a 26' truck three days in advance, but upon arrival, I was casually informed by the employee that it wasn't available and never had been. I expressed that a prior notification would have been more professional rather than discovering this on the day of pick-up. The response was that it wasn't her problem, but she could offer a 20' truck or suggest another location. I reluctantly accepted the 20' truck. However, upon going to the lot, I spotted a 26' truck. When I questioned the employee about this, she rudely reiterated that it was unavailable. This experience was extremely frustrating and demeaning, highlighting the location's unreliability and lack of empathy. Had I not urgently needed the truck, I would have chosen another provider. I will not be using this Paterson location again.

The customer service representative was alone in the store but she was able to manage all customers, new rentals, returns and inspections. She is definitely a great employee, Years ago, the office had 2 o 3 people and I have to wait long periods to rent the truck. This time, I was able to do everything very quick, once again the young girl was very efficient. Congratulations, you finally have someone that cares about your clients, provide excellent customer service which it resumes that she cares about your company. I rented a truck on 04/01/24

The location was great! Unfortunately i set up this rental online and that was the WORST! I had set up to pick up in one location and drop off in a different location but that was not set up. I had to pick up and return to the same location which is not what I wanted. Your internet page for reservation is no good!
