The staff was very nice.
Kimberly LStart by having a mechanic to check all the equipment. Make sure wiring is good, so all lights work. Check inside for cleanness,tie down hooks are available, and bumper rails intact. I had to go through three trailers, finally the fourth trailer was accepted. Now they are trying to charge me more cause it was a bigger trailer than I wanted. Not very happy about this, and the Supervisor wasn't there when I picked up/ dropped off. Waiting to see if Supervisor calls me...

Michael AI am a regular customer and rent usually at least once a month. Before I return a vehicle, I ALWAYS sweep, damp sponge any spill and put fuel in the vehicle. Also, I stand with the employee while they check in the vehicle. I ask specifically if there is any additional charges before leaving the location. On my last rental i only drove 17 miles. There was no time idling the vehicle. I put $5.00 worth of fuel in @ $2.67 / gal before returning the vehicle. In other words over 1.5 gallons. While i'm not sure the year model of this vehicle the EPA fuel economy for a similar 2020 truck is 15 mpg city. I in good faith tried to honor my contract. Why didn't the attendee tell me there was going to be an additional charge when i ask? I know he was a new (to that location) employee. I feel robbed in this transaction, not to mention being lied to. I expect a full refund of $8.97 leaving a zero balance. I know this is a problem store for the company. gary fThe agent on the phone gave me a reservation for a car dolly at pickup, when I stated that I wanted a trailer. When picking up the trailer was very muddy and the tie down straps were worn and were very hard to install in the rachet holders; Lastly the trailer lights did not work, but the agent said I wouldn't have a problem because I was driving during day light hours.

Destini BThis was my first time renting a uhaul truck so, I did not think about checking the gas tank to see if it was full when I picked up the truck. My trip was fairly short and I cannot believe that I used 3/4 of a tank of gas. I have no way to prove this, so customers should check the tank when they get in.

Richard BVery nice guys but overworked. The first trailer had lights that didn't work and the next one had tires that were very under-inflated. They were too buy to help us fill them up but let us use their air compressor. When I dropped the trailer off at the next location they were looking for the license plate of the original trailer because the Pine Bluff location hadn't changed it to the 2nd trailer in the system.

Larry EThey rented me a damaged truck then tried to hold me responsible for damages that were already there. I took my items to their facility and the allowed someone if not one of the workers take my appliances. Manager haven't attempted to get back with me and no one else for that matter. I'm currently taking this to my lawyer. I was going to leave it alone and just replace the appliances but since they wanna charge me for damages that were already on the truck on well we both finna play. I hope your cameras work!

The personnel would greatly benefit from having some training on how to project their voice when speaking to a customer. Toastmasters comes to mind.

So I had to load everything into my friend s car.so I could return it. I also suggested my friend rent a uhaul as well. But at first whatever female that's been giving me a hard time wasn't gonna let my friend rent a uhaul because she knew me. That is a bunch of BS, they be losing customers like that. They had my card on file they could have jus charged it but instead block my access to a storage I had already paid for.
