Her customer service is through roof from a scale of one to 10 she is off the Richter scale because she is amazing so I would recommend Uhaul to anyone and everyone!!!

Jose N.I've been using U-Haul for many years I just spent thousands of dollars relocating renting trucks 7 months of storage. I moved out of my storage 2 days after the monthly payments U-Haul does not prorate that is a rip off. I rented the truck I had nothing but problems with the app the app did not work to check back in I had to sit in the cold 10° waiting for U-Haul to resolve which this is the next day after I've returned the truck I still do not have a bill. I will not be using U-Haul again for any moving or storage means. I feel as a long time customer I should have been given a prorate considering I just spent thousands of dollars moving and storing my items. I'm done with U-Haul do you not contact me again I don't want to hear from anyone at U-Haul except my final bill which better not be a rip-off.

The other items were not available and could not be found at any other location. It made things very difficult for us to move. We finally bought the items that we needed which cost a lot more than we had budgeted with uhaul. Disappointing item rental and service
Donna B.I followed the app's instructions, but it did not mention the additional steps I needed to take to return the truck. Had I not gone in and spoken with the attendant, I would not have known to drive the truck under the canopy. Also, I don't understand why I was charged for gas when I put gas in it (more than what I used). Pretty underhanded, if you ask me. And the truck was very old and used up. The gear shift was very hard to use.
Chase T.I've always enjoyed this uhaul and the people there. Before I rented a truck I had a storage unit and it was always clean inside at my unit. If I ever needed anything the folks there was nice and always helped. But I did have one issue with you app that I used to try to get my truck at 6 and that was it couldn't get my location right. I was at the right place but the app told me I wasn't. Other than that one thing I think the uhaul where I got the truck and had my unit was awesome!

Sharon B. | Overall ExperienceThis u-haul facility continued to claim they were calling me nonstop to update me on what each step of their process after the uhal truck i rented needing to be towed, THEY NEVER ONCE CALLED THE 2 NUMBERs ON MY ACCOUNT. Once the tow truck company came and got the vehicle I was no longer at the vehicle so I wasn't even made aware of where the vehicle was going to be so I can get any of my things out of it it took me 3 months to figure out where the truck was just so I was able to go to the tow company and gather my items out of the truck. The day I found out where the truck was I went there together my items that day and the following day as I walked into the towyard to once again gather some of my items there was a medical emergency that resulted in one of the Employees who were on call and working at the Tow yard Ended up passing away within 30 minutes of a heart attack of me being there so I wasn't able to gather any of my items out of the vehicle on day 2 of me knowing where it was at 1 day 3 the vehicle was towed back to the u-haul facility without my knowledge. Once again it took An extreme amount of phone calls, going up to the storage place that I rented the truck from, As well as going to the Tow company multiple times, and calling sheriff's department trying to figure out where the truck is so I can gather the rest of my items taking About 5 weeks. Still I have not received one phone call from u-haul telling me what is going on or how I'm able to do get myself where I have to go what do I have to do nothing not 1 phone call and I had an emergency number on file as well as my own cell phone and my mailing address. Now at this point it's been 5 months since the uhal truck needed to get towed, I go and listen to my voicemails for that day and there's a voicemail from u-haul telling me that I have a storage locker at the place that I rented the u-haul truck from originally also that there's been no lock on what uhal claimed to be my storage unit Without me ever opening a storage locker with u-haul in my life never signing paperwork for opening the storage locker never getting a phone call about this storage locker until 3 months later telling me by storage locker bill is 3 months past due That they were putting a lock on it and I would not be able to enter the storage locker until that bill was paid and that bill amounted to almost $900. Once I was able to get into the storage unit i was given less than 24 hours to empty out a storage locker containing my items from an entire 20ft Box truck that workers at uhal Emptied out the u-haul truck and put all my stuff in a storage locker and 95% of my stuff that I know was in the truck was not in the locker Which is most likely the reason they gave me less than 24 hours to get my stuff out of the locker before I noticed what was missing. And then 3 months after that was all said and done you all decided to call me and tell me that I owe them $10000 from renting the u-haul truck that I've never return the same truck that I talked about above. Never again will I ever go to Au haul place or even one of the knock off u-haul places to get any type of rental anything Nor will I ever send anybody including my worst enemy to get anything from uhal we are ALL going to Penske from now on

We had the only two available in the facility. It took us several hours to unload a 26 ft truck and our units were upstairs and the furthest from the elevator. Others in the facility could not secure a cart and had to move their items one item at a time. This will NOT work when I make the decision to terminate my rental agreement. I have large pieces of furniture and carrying them that far is not an option.

The unit was empty and cleaned out completely. I even told the person at the desk that day as I was picking up the uhaul truck that I was moving out of my unit. Don’t know who dropped the ball on y’all’s end but sending me notices to pay a bill for rent that I have been loved out of and also sending letters to my mother whom is not On the rental agreement is probably against the law and I will inform her to check into that as well. And after months of text messages and notices and phone calls, hopefully it is corrected and we will not be bothered by uhaul any longer for payment of a storage unit that has been moved out of for months already. That unit was rented u set my name Robert Jolicoeur, my mother Patricia merely paid a month of the rent for me and you all took it on your self to reach out to someone pertaining to a bill that’s wasn’t really a bill at all. But y’all took it upon yourselves to contact someone and speak to them about my bill and that I know is illegal. You will be hearing about this further once I contact the lawyer.

Like the indoor loading zone but on the far left side the trucks are lower than the dock; was under the impression it was the same level. The center and far right are fine. Paying $69.95 for 5x10; be nice if you would offer discounts if people had to lease two 5x10s. The 5x10 price was equivalent of another local storage but the other facility was outside so your indoor was a great perk

Upon arrival it was the complete opposite resulting in an extra day charge for myself. When i was finally able to make it, someone was using my storage unit (still doesn't make sense how they even had access). They told me I had to pack my things in around someone elses items. I was charged the fee of a whole new truck at the end of it all. Still waiting to see if I can dispute the charge as it does not seem right considering the many inconveniences.

After I had setup auto bill pay a payment didn't go through-resulting in a late fee and a warning. Blamed on my bank, but there was no reason my card should've been declined. I had to spend a length of time with a rep that didn't work at the facility to get the late fee removed and adjusted. Thankfully, everything was fixed, just a bare, when I had taken the time to get things setup.

If fact, it is very hard to get anyone to actually answer the phone there. We also kept getting late notices almost a month after moving out of the units. Again, we could rarely get in touch with anyone there, and I had to speak with someone on the 800 line to report it. Them not walking units is how our belongings were stolen. The insurance is also a joke. They said it was not covered because no evidence of forced entry and there was not video of the hallways.

That was amazing all on its own. Units were easy to access, clean, and carts were available to use. I don't feel it's any fault of the facility, but more flat carts (there were plenty of matress carts) would be a huge help. The employees were always friendly. ginger m. | Overall ExperienceThe only issue I have so far with U-Haul is the application that must be completed there at the office, I don't like nor do I understand the reasoning behind requiring false information on the application, yes I said false, my wife and I only have one address that we live at and two cell phone numbers. I was required to provide three phone numbers to which I don't have and two addresses to which I don't have, so your policy is causing people to give false information in order to complete the application (without the false information I couldn't complete the application, therefore no unit to store my stuff). This is a bad practice to expect people to make up addresses. I hope you will change this practice soon.

Also the three addresses and names not necessary. Mainly the attitude and the rental were not as promised and dead bugs on floor and staff doesn’t seem to want to work. I don’t think it is ran very well and just money hungry had to purchase two locks because two buildings and can’t take other lock back no receipt. It was a waste of time and money. You should have the unit 10x20x10 on the video if your going to sell it as a large storage. Customers should be told they need two addresses and three names before renting. All of these things would of made me go somewhere else. Very disappointed!

When I got there felt like I was a Parisian mate with the questions asked the three addresses and contacts. Never been treated that way and the girl had an attitude and was happy to say I don’t make rules I can’t give you a storage then on top of everything I thought I had 10x29 it was just two 10x10 false advertising the video should have shown what that means but didn’t mention it. And don’t want to do second floor makes move take long and seen dead bugs in hall. I will be removing items and cancelling

It was 4 pm on a Saturday, and the next place we called in High Point said they had one unit that was accessible from the outside. This one was on main street. We drove there, and it turns out that that was gone as well. So we still have the truck. We DID return the VEHICLE TRANSPORT, but I don't know if we did it correctly due to the confusion.

Then when I call the facilities to place my stuff in my “storage container” there was no record of it. The two men at the trinity location helped me out with this issue . Thank god. But your phone rep was horrible and he better not try to use my credit info. I’m very uncomfortable he asked me for it repeatedly but yet didn’t even make my storage reservation. After he had told me he did it and my card info went through. Smh in disappointment and fear. I will report to the police if my card is used anywhere that I didn’t give permission. It took so so long to get checked in - the person at the front desk wasn’t at all helpful. He wasn’t able to provide much guidance. We rented a truck that day as well and he couldn’t figure out how to remove the furniture pads we didn’t want. It was taking so long and we were cutting into our rental time that we just said screw it and paid the additional $20 for a product we didn’t want or need. The facility itself was very clean. There is a section of the hall that seems rather narrow.

The staff was friendly and assisted me over the phone with some things I needed done with my storage. The only issue I had was that when I arrived today; the space that was rented to me was already occupied by another tenant. Which was cool because I had to upgrade to a larger space anyway.

There were no notes entered about the removal or the conversation that took place about the secondary removing my stuff. I was charged for the month of August. I was not moved out in the system until 8/8/20. I have documentation that confirms the 07/29/20 date as the accurate date of move out. Please refund my money.
