The representative spoke very bad English and was not very helpful. Took me to two different vans and said that was my vehicle and it was not. I finally found my van by myself took me about 30 minutes though. Not gassed up only had a quarter tank gas

He charged me a $50 fee when he told them I returned the equipment very late and it was actually only 10 minutes late. He had allowed someone to schedule a van for 2PM when I wasn’t to have it back until 2PM. He was rude to both me and my daughter. I will never use this facility again.
Caron BarnhartLocation was difficult to find. Gas guage wasn't working properly, I overfilled on return as a result. Once it hit 1/4 tank it went down very quickly even though there was plenty of gas in tank.

John ChoulesFirst I couldn't get thru to speak to anyone about was going on with the hitch installation. Then I was told they would call or text to let me know if it was finished after the 2nd day there. Went to start the van and it was deader than a log. Had to have it jumped to get it started. Cost more than quoted. A hitch we had put on a different van we had no problem with. But this was a very bad experience.

Thomas ScaggsThe Truck that I was put in had a major alignment issue, and was almost forced to stop driving this truck. This was the most scariest truck I have ever rented from U-Haul and believe more maintenance that is safety issues needs to be a priority not an “oh well” we didn’t know it was like that, this should be part of a preventative maintenance.
Jason PowellThe first truck I had scheduled was at a remote pickup location that was out of business, with no indication that it was out of business… I had to call customer service a few times to get things sorted and it took hours. On top of that, there was a code that was to be used to release payment to the movers I had hired after they completed the job. The movers did not do the job and the payment still went through, I have since been unable to get in contact with the movers to get the money back.. it was a terrible experience, except for the second location that I was finally able to pickup the uhaul.
KENDRA WIKOFFI’ve rented over 100 times in the last two years. This particular truck was less than positive. The alignment was out of whack. It pulled to the last literally steering wheel was cockeyed. The quality level of Uhaul product is down, gone down, tremendously or regional management just doesn’t choose to maintain it not sure, don’t think Joe Schoen would appreciate the quality of the equipment
Raymond EissfeldtOur truck drove terribly the steering wheel was sideways down the road and the people behind us said the truck was at an angle. Another couple picking up a truck the same time we were couldn't leave the parking lot because the steering linkage feel out the bottom of the cab. Then another person while dropping off was complaining about a tire problem. I have to move another storage unit and will not rent from this location again.
