Very unprofessional staff working here the lady at the front constantly argued with customers. The boy working front is very dry and acts like he doesn’t know anything. They don’t know how to talk to people and the U-Haul’s are not up to par. I will never come to this location again.

OTTIES WOODSThe wait time to pick up and drop off was crazy so if you have something to do after moving the wait time maybe a problem but if the young man had more help because it was only two man and than the 1 guy was off work for the day and the other guy was alone but other than that good

A day I can see maybe $100 dollars but no more thin $150. plus having to fill the gas tank back up to full… gasoline is expensive nowadays

They were friendly yes but I probably wouldn’t rent a U-Haul from here again because of the way I had an appointment at one, and I really didn’t get checked until 130.

KARINMA NICOLE PROPHETI would expect a discount after getting sent to three different locations to finally get a truck.once I got the truck then the location had its gate locked so I couldn’t get out till the facility opened. In addition, I ran to two more places to get the moving blankets that I had requested. Very poor service. I also sat on the phone for 54 min before Jeff from traffic finally answered my call.

Jonathon CollisThe lady at the front desk made it very apparent she didn’t want to be there. I know it Sunday but rolling your eyes and dismissive gestures don’t go hand in hand with customer service. I should not feel like I’m bothering you, it’s your job. If you don’t like it just go work somewhere else, you’re not doing me a favor. I made a reservation at one location and then was told my truck was “up the street”. When I went to check in via the app the location service was saying that I’m not at the correct location. I don’t need to hear that it’s because nobody was there, your app made me drive back to the original location to check in. This is not my first time renting with U-Haul and when 10 minute experience changes to 45 minutes it’s problematic and when I politely go back and ask for help don’t act like I’m bothering you or get a job at a warehouse so you don’t have to deal with clients face to face. At least try to match your clients energy because I was very polite despite your lack of professionalism.

There was very little help after reporting issues to the GM and President. The smoking worker was still making comments while the GM was in the store but said nothing to her about her action. The comments being made was because she was turned in for smoking on the job but as we seen her and the other person are still working there until something happens.

Which is great for someone like me who easily misplace things. The actual U-haul store is well stocked with boxes (and they have free ones!!!), tape and locks with codes which again is great for someone like me who misplace things or forget things like tape or boxes or what not. The staff… They are all amazing! I have yet to come in there and not be greeted with a pleasant reception. They are all very helpful and explain things nicely. I’ve been in there when a customer was rude. The issue was clearly the customers fault, but the customer didn’t care and was fussing and the staff calmly explained and still assisted the customer so well that I commended the staff once the customer transaction was over. Oh yeah and the restrooms… first of all they have them!!! But most importantly they are always clean and stocked! Thanks

When my family and I went to load the storage units, I noticed that the units, as well as the main hallway, located in the c building was wet, and small puddles were in the units themselves. I went back to the main building to see if anymore units were available. There were Nono of the same size. The staff found me a bigger one down the street. While I figured it would be free because it was bigger, I felt that it should’ve at least been given to me at a discounted price. It was not my fault that the storage units were wet and not usable. I was not prepared to spend $150 and had to borrow the funds from my daughter because I really didn’t have a choice. I’ve used you guys a few times to rent vehicles but when my rental is over I won’t use your location again. I asked the staff if I would we receive a discounted price of the replacement unit was not going to be free and was told no.
