My only problem is (and nothing you can do about it right now.) the location seems very tight and very busy. There is a big parking lot to the west that if you could secure the use of it you could have much more space. 95% of the lot stays empty.

John M.When I came in, there was an available register and representative but he was so busy putting stickers on tape measures that he just ignored me. I waited `13 minutes while he did this activity before he was willing to help me. This person seems to think his job is putting stickers on tape measures, not helping paying customers. No income is made putting stickers on items and no money is generated, better to have happy customers than quick sticker on product which could have been done when the customers were gone or at the end of the day. Poor decision making makes me give you a bad rating.

Doug B.Because of the way I was treated at the drop off location and my own personal understanding of how buisness should be conducted, and how it was actually conducted, I will not recommend and will not give a positive review of U-haul when im asked. I will try to seek other methods to move my belongings. It is as simple as this. Dont treat me like I'm stupid! Every time I have done buisness with U-haul they ask me, "What is the closest location is to my house so I can drop off the equipment." Well... I went to the closest location to my home. I had the location tell me they can't take the trailer because they were full. Now normally I would accept that answer and go about the next step in trying to figure out what to do next. Here is the problem. First; I had the guy tell me the store closest to me is on State street. Nope it's not. It's actually 20 minutes further away and way less convenient. Second; after I said "No this is way closer and where I need to drop off the equipment." He replies "sorry I'm full". Well thats a You problem not a Me problem. U-haul has a runner truck that moves equipment all the time. Why inconvenience a customer...? I know! Let's go with pure laziness. That's all, just a guy being lazy... But wait it gets better! He moved the return location on my ticket to the location he wanted me to drop off the equipment saying that is "a mile down the road" Hmm I don't think so. I called customer service and explained the situation. After I got an attitude from the woman on the phone and her laughing at me, I told her "I'm on site to return the equipment and I'm not driving 30 min down the street When I am already at the closest location to me." She finally changed the ticket to the right address and I was able to drop the trailer. So U-Haul. A lesson we can learn here. Don't treat people like they are stupid and don't run your costomer around for your employees ability to be lazy. You claim you can drop off your equipment at any location and closest to a customer's home. Honor that! By the way the lost was not full!
Sherry T.The employee that checked us in gave me attitude because we were 2 hours late because of weather. I didn't appreciate the way that he spoke to me. It was Monday and there was plenty of vehicles and his attitude wasn't acceptable.

KEN S.I made the reservation, arrived at location. The app wouldn't let me get a truck, called customer service. They are telling me that 10ft trucks are not available, they give me a 15 ft which is more expensive. The 15 ft truck they gave me is blocked off by 2 other trucks, called the again. The put me on a 15ft that isn't blocked, they don't have a key. They had me open all boxes with keys and what do you know, it's a 10 ft a van and a truck. They moved my reservation back to a 10 ft. They lied to upgrade me. I didn't like that. Probably not the locations fault, it is uhauls fault. Then comes the return. Their app is so shotty it would not take any of my pictures. I gave up and just submitted the return without them. Never again.

Mary Ann B.We've rented here several times lately and the customer service has been excellent. All of the employees we have interacted with really seem to care about their customers experience. I would say it's tied for the best customer service experience I've had anywhere, in all my 45 years.

MIGUEL T.My pickup was for 6:00 am. It was parked in the back of the store in an unlit area. It was dark with no lights and as I'm alone looking for my truck I come a man siphoning gas out of the very truck I was trying to find. It was a very dangerous situation. Totally unacceptable!!

I have not received my invoice by email for rental by email which they stated to my son that they would send it to me same day. I was also charged for a storage unit that vacated on 9/29/23. I still haven’t received my refund.

Joshua T. | First ImpressionsWonderful staff for sure. The location itself has a terrible parking lot (pretty much NO parking lot) and the units themselves are hard to see in. There are motion sensor lights, but the only sensor is near the front door of the storage area and the timer is only about 10 minutes. It makes it hard to go through and stack your stuff in the unit when you have to keep going out and restarting the timer. This is not a reflection if the staff, though. The staff was always nice and accomodating to me. If i ever need a storage unit again, ill come back to this location!
