She readily answered questions She worked expeditiously to get the customers processed and into their vehicles. The gentleman outside checking in the returned vehicles was also very patient, courteous and helpful. Pleasant knowledgeable staff!!

Keith CoxThe U-Haul app is not user friendly. If not for the representatives inside I would not be able to get the rental out. the app is glitchy and just keeps going back to the home screen and you have to input all your information again. Also, I am unable to retrieve my final receipt. I returned the vehicle at around 530 (DLST) caught me off guard. I am not able to view record of the reservation and return on the app.

JEREMYD GIBBSI prefer this location above others. The staff at Kings Hwy work hard to make your pick up and drop off as quick and efficient as possible. The vehicles are always well cleaned and disinfected and maintained very well. The staff is always very helpful ti answer all questions no matter how busy they are.
