Diana L.I came in the evening and unload the car bed and left it there. No contact with anyone Your 800 number and customer service really bad, someone was interrupting me and when I tried to explain the situation to her, she immediately hang up on me. I requested to be called back twice and no one called me back. Finally after 45 min, a nice customer service agent came and connected my email address and phone number. It took more than an hour to find and return my equipment to your location. Zero out of 5 in my book

I have found the U-Haul app has been very buggy and there seems to a disconnect with the app and real time updates . Ie- canceled reservation on the app that a local branch didn't receive or locations show open on the app that aren't actually open

Steven F.Employees clean the vehicle. Remove trash left from previous renter. Clean whindshield (inside). Ensire correct fuel is marked on the contract.
STANLEY G.Gas cap stolen and 1/2 tank of gas siphoned at night. Repairs (reluctantly) performed at U-Haul Center. Cap replaced. Part which was popped off on front part of tank replaced, but vents on rear of gas tank was not. "Check Gas Cap" light came on on dash. More gas sloshed out and cab smelled of gas until repairs were performed. Employee at Center where returned and where repairs were performed stated this was a very common occurrence. U-Haul should replace gas cap with non-brass and lockable ones. Part of tank usually popped off to take gas should be protected somehow. Customers are victims. U-Haul takes no responsibility with these known issues. Inside of 26' truck was not clean Truck pulled to right
