Truck has many dents and damage, wipers were horrible in the rain, truck stunk and roof was leaking during the rain which caused my stuff to get wet. Very unhappy and would like compensation. I advised the rental place and they are already aware that several of the trucks have leaking roofs. Horrible experience!

Easy, efficient service. I rented two storage units yesterday and the transaction was perfect. I don't recall the name of the young woman who served me (and showed me the lockers), but she had red hair and works out of the Dollard store. She was very pleasant and helpful.

First of all ,the truck was not ready and full of snow , the uhaul members were rude and wanted me to clean it myself. And because I complained, they over charged me 20$ for the fuel , I have have proof(receipt) from the gaz station nearby . They offer me instore credit but I refused because I'm not going back there.

The driver's seat was a bit dirty and looked like there was a coffee spill involved at some point, but the service was OUTSTANDING, and there were no technical issues with the vehicle so a bit of stickiness was easy to overlook for the short time I had it.

Charges mistakes always in favour of U Haul

Engine code display when I went to pick-up 15'Truck. Staff did hook-up code reader and check with maintenance and said it was OK to drive. Code remained on for the 600km trip, with many on/off, restarting and shutting down sequences. Gas mileage was no worse than normal and truck ran fine. Got to destination, shut it down, told technician about engine light on scenario. When he verified mileage, fuel level and dolly and carpets returned, he noted that there was no engine light issue. Gremlins sorted out the problem, I guess. Staff at both ends competent, courteous, and enjoyable. All Good with U-Haul. Thanks

Our experience with Uhaul was amazing We needed an 5’ by 9’ open trailer to move things. The ramp that pulled down was an added bonus. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The price was reasonable.

La possibilite de reserver en ligne et au telephone la meme unite d’entreposage pose probleme. En effet j’avais loue et charge mon camion pour livrer mes biens a l’unite que j’avais reservee en ligne pour decouvrir a mon arrivee que mon unite n’etait plus disponible, quelqu’un l’ayant reservee en ligne! Heureusement la gerante du site m’a gracieusement offert une autre unite legerement plus grande au prix initialement agree.

The website mention that we get a month free when we rent a truck, but once on the premises, I was told I was not having a month free because they were almost full and then said because I was dropping the truck back to the same place. I thought the website was misleading. After explaining The manager offered me the month free. It would also be nice to explain which truck have a ramp or not to load. Our truck didn't have one and the unloading stations for 2nd floor at the warehouse for the truck I rented was broken and the other needed a ramp, which made it extremey difficult to unload our thing to put in the storage, we were storing very heavy equipment and lifting it 2 feet high just to put it on the dock was hard and took us more time. We were very disappointed for that.

J’ai perdu la clé du casier.j’ai donc demandé un « cutter », celui qu’ils avaient,était très usé selon mon fils.il a donc été chercher le sien et Il a apporté aussi une meule électrique dont il ne s’est pas servi puisque le cadenas a cède avec le cutter.Ils étaient trois pour le déménagement.Quand ils ont quittés ,il n’y avait aucun dommage. Ce matin j’ai reçu une charge de 150.pour bris! Je me suis rendu sur place On me refuse l’accès me disant que ça a été réparé hier. Je demande une photo elle me montre une photo sur son propre cellulaire qui n’a ni date ni no de casier!!! J’ai avert Visa ,ils ont inscrit qu’il y avait contestation Comme j’ai 80 ans j’ai aussi communiqué avec le groupe d’avocats qui quand on est membre de la FADOQ peuvent nous aider gratuitement. Ils trouvent la preuve que m’ a présenté Sheena n’en pas une et comme j’ ai trois personnes qui ont vu le dit casier,vous devriez arranger les choses Janine Lebel

I used this facility to park my vehicle in the yard for storage. I choose this location because it had a secure gate, however after a couple months the gate always remained 80% open which made me feel that my vehicle was not secure due to the fact that anyone would’ve been able to enter and exit.

Côté éclairage, il n'y avait pas d'éclairage dans mon entrepôt. A chaque fois, je devais utilisé la lampe de mon téléphone pour y voir quelque chose. J'aurai aimé avoir une lumiaire au centre-plafond de l'entrepôt.

i appreciated the monthly reminder email to pay as I was busy in another country and often forgot. I also appreciated how the online system made the payment easy. The climate control is great- got all my stuff back now in my new place in perfect condition, even clothes and toiletries. Thank you!

I made the reservation on-line and it was displayed on the website for the first month qualifying for free, so I applied for self storage. When I arrived at the facility, the staff told me that they do not give a free month and that if I want free I should go to Laval or Lachine and they made me pay for the first month.

I said it was not clean because of the winter. the second floor access outside was often unsafe and not cleared. I called multiple times because the stairs were covered in snow. It would also have been nice if there was some lighting over the storage units themselves and not solely in the hallways. Also to correct the details above, i moved out march 31 2021
