henry H.I've been to this location a few times, and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately, this time that wasn't the case. The gentleman who wrote up the contract was almost robotic. He never took off his sunglasses and just did the minimum to complete the task. He never said thank you and just handed me the keys.
Ruth L.I would suggest you to ask Google maps to correct the entrance point as currently it takes you to the exit and some turns need to be made through a tight streets residential area in order to return back, which is hard when towing

Ray V.Vehicle was blocked for 2 hours, customer service kept playing around and sending me back to the menu prompt to be ignore/avoid and eventually being hung up on to avoid any kind of assistance/compensation for their failed 24/7 mobile pick up. Was promised a 50 dollar credit that never happened and was never completed by the staff, once vehicle was unblocked 2 hours later, vehicle was on empty and employee claimed the tank was filled prior to pick up. Extremely shady business tactics and horrible work ethic if this is how you treat your customers will leave bad BBB rating for this experience

David S.Today I had a hitch installed on my Audi Q7. The gentleman who assisted me was very polite and patient, always greeting me with a smile. The installation was excellent, requiring only a small hole to be cut in the bumper, which was perfectly sized and not overly large like some of my friends have experienced elsewhere. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Rosalinda O.I feel that we were taken advantage of. The gas level was not where the documents noted. They sent me a link to accept prior to receiving the truck. Then once I received the truck I took a picture of the trucks instrumental panel. When I noticed that the gas levels were incorrect. I informed the location that they had the wrong gas info, they were like you should've told me before you left. I explained that this isn't good business practice. To lie about the amount of gas in the truck. And the u-haul location claimed that they were victims too. How does that make sense? Very very disappointed.

Donald J.I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience using U-Haul's U Box service (Reference: 20917750) and hiring a moving helper. The scheduled time for my moving helper was changed due to his Thanksgiving plans, causing significant inconvenience. To exacerbate the situation, the U-Haul representative in Los Angeles inadvertently locked my U-Box without providing the necessary key. Despite my efforts, I couldn't reach the moving helper, leaving me with no choice but to purchase tools to break the lock and tow the U-Box myself. Subsequently, I had to handle the entire move, including transporting my belongings up 12 floors, without the assistance of the hired moving helper. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I believe there is a clear lapse in service, and I urge U-Haul to address this matter seriously. I am seeking a refund for the inconvenience, additional expenses incurred, and the overall distress caused by this situation. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope for a swift resolution.

JOSE P.The General Manager (Justin) was rude and completely lacked in providing customer service. We rented a truck, furniture dolly and some furniture pads. He informed us that he didn't have a furniture dolly and didn't provide any alternative options. Good luck trying to move without a dolly. As the General Manager of this location, U-Haul should expect and deliver better service. He was condescending and didn't care at all that we were now in a bind. No suggestion or offer of an appliance dolly or other U-Haul product. Do better.
