The entire move experience from start to finish was outstanding. Without exception, every person I spoke with or interacted with at UHaul was helpful, friendly, able to provide exactly what was needed, and did what they said they'd do. I had no problems. Considering how stressful moving can be, the entire UHaul team was reassuring and took away a great deal of the pressure from the move. I have been raving about UHaul to anyone who will listen and although I myself do not anticipate making another move, I would 100% recommend UHaul to any family or friends. Thank you for making this move go so very smoothly.

I RENTED THE SAME CARGO VAN, SAME DISTANCE, SAME SATURDAY, RETURN SUNDAY, AND USE TO BE APROX, $70 THIS ONE COST ME $102. WHY????? YOUR .89 CENT PER MILE IS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, IT IS A KILLER. I WILL HAVE TO SHOP AROUND NEXT TIME.

I reserved a truck at the Pasadena location and they later called to say I had to go pick up in Glendale, which was out of my way. Didn't offer me a mileage discount, either. Not great business. The man who checked me in upon return was very friendly. I don't like the check-in process, however, having to look at teeny tiny pictures.

Give me a paper copy of my contract. After being told at check-in that all was good, I have a charge for gas. If I was told at the time about the gas, it could have been discussed then. AWFUL!

The UBox was guaranteed for delivery in Glendale on 6/30/18. It arrived on 7/2/18. No one could tell me where it was or when it would be delivered. UHaul owes me $150 for the three days it was late!
