Been renting from the location and ran into an issue. Was charged gas when I returned it, and have receipt of putting gas into the vehicle. This is the first time I’ve ever been charge gas and it’s unwarranted. I was charged for 4 gallons but I went less than 30 miles. That’s barely two gallons used and barely had any load. Called customer service and they told me tough luck. Although I’ve been renting from this location, it has a very long wait time to get a transaction done. It’s absolutely terrible. I didn’t mind at first because I never had an administrative issue, however, this an issue. Mathematically, I didn’t use four gallons. I have my receipt showing the date/time I put gas. However it was made clear that it’s irrelevant. The bottom line, is that this location stole money from me as a customer. It’s unethical, horrific, and bad business. I will not ever rent from this location again and will advise my peers to stay clear of this location.

SEAN MAside from being sold a pair of absolutely useless tie-down devices (incompatible with the truck we had been rented!) the event from start to finish was super! The employees were great to work with and I really appreciated that! I'm 87 years old so I don't regularly need to do moving and it's easy to get frustrated when things don't go right! Everyone went out of their way to make sure there were no bumps in our road! Thanks!
robert sWell the truck was stuck between truck s n a car tower n a truck so it was obviously not used often or at all. It was dirty n ran very rough .it wouldn't shit outa tow button was pressed to release it so it was in low even thought i released tow . So I wasted alots gas. N I saved to he best for last it was infested with bugs the looked like cockroaches I was drive at nite n they were crawling over my feet n in can back wall nbon the dash . Scared the crab out me while I was driving. Ewew. I was so mad it was the worst truck u ever rented to me . If my storege get the bugs from this truck I'm gonna really loose my mind. The highlight was "G". he maintained his composure with frustrated people on the phone, frustrated people in line. When he got to you place in line, he was focused only on that customer. Teisha AI haven't used my hitch yet so I can't comment on its quality. However, the entire installation process only took about 50 minutes so I was pleasantly surprised with the quick install. Further, I believe that the price of the hitch was very reasonable. My only complaint: The wire plug was zip-tied to the opening where I will attach a safety chain when pulling a trailer. It looked sloppy in my opinion and I believe that this zip-tie would fail quickly once I attach the safety chain. I, therefore, moved the plug to a better location.

Daniel KI think the mileage allowance was chintzy and inadequate, and there was ten dollars' more gas in it when I dropped it off than when I picked it up -- which was totally disregarded. Instead I was charged $5 extra for 5 miles above my allowance, which occurred when I stopped at night to sleep. This is really a bullshit approach to business.
