Sarah B.I asked for 12 blankets, they were not in the trailer. When I went to load the trailer, it had a padlock on it. Fortunately my brother-in-law is in the scrap metal business and has every kind of metal cutting device know to man so it only took a few seconds to cut the padlock. The right turn signal didn't work and neither did the left brake light.

The phone rang while I was checking out and she was rude to the person who was calling, I found it odd that she also put it on speaker so everyone could hear the conversation, and another employee chimed in from the opposite side of the counter. So lame of both employees! Smh…
Richard D.Your App sucks! Should be much easier to use, particularly when returning. Considering I ordered online, it to an exceedingly long time to actually get the vehicle. All of the things I had to do at the location, could have been done online and there should be a "grab and go" option (similar to car rentals). Also, the return process was not well explained, or intuitive, on the app. I was a much better process before the inclusion of technology.

evan C.I had a 9' cargo van, I used it to pick up a 72†dining table weighing less than 100 lbs. the cargo van averaged 7.9 MPG and had less than 5K miles. Total scam, will advocate against the Santa Monica location as they're ripping off local residents.
Predrag S.Rental 15 foot truck was worn out and tired.Truck was clean but the AC only worked on high speed. Wiper blades were completely worn out and useless in unusual wet LA weather. This was a safety concern.The facility and staff were first rate. Would highly recommend this location.

Pavel K.1) Parking Sucks 2) Takes wayyyyyyy to long to get the vehicle, even if you already completed the check in online prior 3) There were a shitload of scuffs and scratches on my vehicle not marked by x's already, which makes me think y'all were slacking but would have had NO problem forcing those charges on me if i hadnt already gotten the waiver. Idk, maybe you guys need a second real location in santa monica to lighten the load of this location.

Thank you for having so many trucks available. and even though I didn't need any extra supplies this time, your store is FULLY stocked with absolutely everything that would be needed for moving anything (boxes, tape, wrap, straps, specialized packing, even bungee cords and heavy duty gloves) see y'all next time!

mike W.This Uhaul was awful. The first trailer they hitched to our truck, we were notified didn't fit our hitch, so $30.00 more was added. Then the lights didn't work and they threatened to charge us for a new cable. It was the trailer that wasn't working, not our truck. We pull a 32' travel trailer and regularly service and maintain all our wires and computer system to our truck. They then tried a different trailer and the wires worked. They then wanted to charge us for a drop down on the hitch we had just bought. Because unlike the first trailer now our truck was suddenly to tall. Even though I put in the make model, and answered all the questions that the Uhaul site had asked, and it deemed our truck to be fine. They said we must have oversized tires. We still have the factory tires that came with the truck when we bought it. I said I was going to call the main Uhaul office and then suddenly it was fine for us to leave without a drop down? What kind of game are they playing? I really felt like we were being played. We were an hour late and we had hired your moving service, my husband had to walk down to some sketchy liquor store to get cash to tip the movers, because we didn't have time to stop. The whole experience was a nightmare. The exception being, the moving company you contracted with was stellar, they were very understanding and their workers were great. Thank you A. Butler

What I did fine concerning was the fact that I could not find the hazard lights on the truck which was a problem plus I didn't find where I could charge my phone, even though I brought my phone charger, there was no plug USB plug. so besides, those two things was good .
