It felt like we weren't wanted there, nothing was explained clearly. We kinda felt like “ yeah this black people are moving†kinda service. I will not recommend anyone here for sure if anything I will suggest the service call whom are all nice and helpful!

Please check gas when returning, because the gas hand was under what was on paperwork had to go straight to gas station
LUCRETIA M.The guy that was working brought me into the store to have Nina help me check in the truck and get me my cash deposit back from the trip. After standing there for 5 mins. listening to Nina curse about renting out the wrong trailer to a customer outside with the guy employee that it was the guy brought me in, Nina told me she didn't know why another location would tell me I would get my cash deposit back at another location. She then called her manager who informed her that it is possible and not a big deal but that she had never done that before and didn't know how to. I returned the truck with 242 miles of gas left in the tank and I picked up the truck with 243 miles of gas in the truck yet I still had to pay $15 for the gas charge but she couldn't articulate why that was other than that's what it defaulted to in the system. I also tried to purchase a car adapter charger for my phone but she didn't know how to ring it up on the register so she just gave it to me for free.

Sherry A.The truck was extremely loud on the road with wind noise at the doors and windows. So much so that we had to shout at each other to be heard. Had I not had a passenger, I would have used earplugs it was so loud. The plastic cover for the front bumper literally fell off the truck and I rolled over it. Luckily I was turning a corner and going about 5mph and it didn't cause any other damage to the truck or other drivers. Can you imagine what would have happened if it came off on the busy highway. Seriously....how does a bumper fall off....Please inspect and maintain your trucks.

I would actually appreciate a refund due to the disappointing condition of the item. The service was acceptable but would not rent again if that is the care that you are giving to your equipment. Emily E.Everything went very well but the truck was not clean. The cab especially was kind of disgusting. Filthy cupholders, napkins all over the ground, dirty overall. There was a lot of broken glass in the back and the ramp was filled with broken glass. I'm saying this only to help improve. Everyone I met there was helpful and knew their jobs. The truck ran well, the check out and check in were smooth.
Julie P.I reserved a truck ahead of time and when I arrived at my designated pick up time. I was told the system was down/running very slow. I waited in line a while the asked if doing a mobile pick up might be faster, and I was told it might, but might not work. I ended up canceling my original order and doing a mobile pickup. Once I got things all set with the mobile pick up and was ready for keys I had to hunt down an employee to get me the keys and also have them move another truck because mine was pinned in the back. Overall it took just over an hour to get my truck and I ended up being an hour late to my destination with the truck. I was very frustrated and disappointed with my experience and left feeling stressed. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
Megan W.it's a tough location, and keeping the equipment perfect is probably hard. the trucks are usually pretty dirty, and run rough. but THIS truck got less than 6mpg, leaked CO into the cab, and was LOUD. it also was out of gas when i got it. it was on E in 12 miles! the people there are great, but the 2-way trucks are in rough shape in general.

Brian B.The person who checked me in was excellent. The van, however, was not. The first thing that I noticed was the Change Engine Oil indicator was on (and stayed on). The radio sometimes worked, sometimes would not turn on or the panel would not light up. Twice, the side cargo doors would not shut and I had to spend fifteen minutes fiddling with them in the dark before noticing a pieces of black plastic from the housing blocking the latch. The guy that closed was a real jerk. I walked into the store and no one was there. He had been sitting in his car and was yelling at me when he came in, as he had been outside. I don't normally pay attention to crazy people who yell. Now here's the real kicker: I have a serious health issue for which I was prescribed cannabis, for which I pay out of pocket. My partner had packed this medication in a brown paper bag and had put it on the floor in front of the passenger seat, but didn't take it into our new place. I returned the van ten minutes before closing, finding out when returning home that my meds were still in the van. It was now past closing time. I called U-Haul around 8:00 this morning and the person on duty checked the van and the trash and said that he found nothing. Hopefully, the St. Paul PD will take an interest in this.

I use this location for my business and it's always the wild Wild West there. I cannot go there ever again.

Amy J.You scam people. You gave me a damaged truck. The guy in the store didn't do an inspection. when I returned it, it was after hours so nobody was on the store anymore so I dropped off the keys in the box. Then, I received a call from the manager he said I was charged for damages. I told the manager to check the cameras and he didn't want to. Also, I said, I didn't damage the truck but any ways I paid the safe drive extra insurance, which apparently it did not cover. In conclusion, I was charged for a damage I didn't do and you guys offered an insurance in case of damages for an extra fee, which you don't honor it. I am going to suit you because it's no the first time you are trying to steal people' s money. I read other reviews, there are other people complaining about getting charge for things they are blamed for, which they did not do. The same situation is happening to me😡
