Edward G.First thing is the customer service provided by Chris at the 6th street address was abominable. He was rude, inconsiderate, and very unhelpful. I had arranged to pick up my vehicle outside of their normal working hours using my U-Haul app and my iPhone. When I arrived at 8 o'clock on Sunday morning to pick up my vehicle, I clicked on pick up my vehicle and was sent a message by U-Haul that a vehicle had not been assigned to my reservation. I lost an hour, and I lost an hour of pay for the individuals I had hired to move through the U-Haul app. The movers were fantastic. When I arrived at the U-Haul Sunday morning, found it closed found no key available and saw that a vehicle had not been assigned, The mover Gary got on his iPhone to contact you haul for me while I was on my phone Also trying to contact U-Haul At about 8:50. Chris showed up. I told him what the situation was and he in a very rude voice said “I don't clock in until 9 o'clock so I'm not gonna do anything until then†. At 9 o'clock he opened the door and yelled at me “hey come inâ€. At the counter, he was so rude and unhelpful, He actually brought me to tears. When I returned the vehicle, he was no better. He was rude told me I was over on the mileage. I disputed that, and he became belligerent. I finally said charge me what you're going to charge me, but get me out of here. Since he continued to be rude and surly, as I walked out the door, I said to him “you are a dickâ€. I have already told all my friends about my horrible experience at U-Haul and with Chris and I will continue to do so. You know how to reach me by email should you decide you want to.
Eleanor S.Pick up went fine. When we dropped off the gentleman said that it was "touching the 1/4 line, but on the lower side of it. That will be $36." I asked if we could fill it up a little more and he said yes. When we went across the street to fill it up with a few extra gallons and got back he said "now it is 5:01pm and we are closed." I asked if it was going to cost more and the other worker said no. We did the self check-in and got a bill the next day with an extra day charged AND a after hours fee. Corporate was very helpful to take off the charges, but I would not go to this location again. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the one worker was very kind, but the other seemed like he just wanted us to incur extra charges.

Upon making my reservation a $50 Reservation Guarantee had been offered so I made my reservation with confidence. When I arrived to the original location the EMPLOYEES LIED TO MY FACE and said “The reservation guarantee has a 30min grace period†so I immediately called a UHAUL representative and turns out there is no such thing as a “grace period†and assured me my $50 credit would be honored.

darlene M.The trailer disconnecting from the truck (3) times is a serious issue. It nearly killed me and my passenger when it pushed us into oncoming traffic. The trailer safety brake cable snapped and the safety cables attached to the truck were too long to serve their purpose. Poor equipment maintenance as well as poor follow-up have been par for the course. My accident happened a month ago and I have spoken to no actual people at REPWEST. I would never tell anyone to use Uhaul. In fact, I will steer anyone far and away from this company.
john P.Don't know why I was charged the $20 and limited to less than 4 hours, when it's advertised on the side of the truck, 24.hours for $20! And this location won't accept a debit card like every other location I've used in the last 6.years!

ALVIN W.Do Not at this location. They don't check and clean their equipment. They gave me a trailer that had grease, dirt, and had gasoline spilled. I had to haul dj equipment for a wedding that included white linen and it got ruined. They say that homeless people go into the trucks and trailers to sleep but yet they don't put locks on the equipment nor do they check them before renting them, what is there were needles or drugs in them? They send you e text message after you complete the rental in the store that has a link telling you to chwck equipment but yet don't include it in training for reps to tell you in person to check tge equipment before leaving.
