Jonathan YI always use same location because the owner is great!! This time though I arrived after hours to pick up my truck and found a 300lb large street sign laying on roof of truck!! Being disabled it was very hard and painful to revive my self. When I asked the owner next day about doing something for me because of that she played it off like oh someone must have put it up there last night... that is utter be!!! You can’t expect me to believe that some store strong and extremely tall person out a street sign on top of the uhaul.... I feel like I was blown off because she didn’t want to admit that she didn’t see it before saying truck was ready. I won’t be doing business here again and will not be recommending to others

Rosie CI was under the impression when I signed up for 24/7 mobile access that I would not need to enter a location and still sign documents to get the keys to the UHaul. I thought it would be a code on the van or something. What's the point in doing this if I still have to spend 15 minutes in a location to access the key?
