I would recommend the location only because it was the closest one in proximity to Dexter, MO. The truck itself was in good repair but the inside cab was sticky and had trash inside of it.

Marion BrownThe “people-less” process works okay unless there is a glitch that needs to be remedied. I had reserved an appliance dolly but it was not there with the truck when I arrived to pick up the rental. Your calling center has a long wait time to return calls - from 10 to 20 minutes for someone to answer the call. I would say I navigated your smartphone 24/7 process okay but I could see how it might be daunting for some people. The wait time for answering phone calls for support is too long, it seems you might need to be better staffed for that. The truck itself was great, exactly what we needed. I like the fact that you refer to “families” in your messaging, as opposed to “customers” or “individuals”.

Jerry HildredThe contract said the vehicle had 1/2 a tank, it Had 1/4 of a tank. The truck was FILTHY. I killed 4 roaches, who knows how many more there were. The cup holder had cigarette ashes in it, there was rice and what looked like salt or sugar on the floor in the cab. There were also pieces of fake hair in the back of the truck and the steering wheel was sticky & gross
Jessica Lea BurnerUhaul has always been good to me but this location was terrible! They were very rude and didn't have what we had reserved. There was no one there when we arrived at the scheduled time (10AM) and when someone did finally show up she had no idea what she was doing. It took us almost 2 hours to get a trailer. Worst experience ever with any moving company.
