Gwendolyn SThe overall experience was disappointing. No one at the location had any knowledge of how to pick up or drop off equipment. I was directed to “ go use the app” which I’ve never used before and thus am unfamiliar with. The overall use of the equipment was adequate. Equipment was relatively clean and the equipment seemed to be well maintained, but the overall experience as a fist time customers has made me not want to use u-haul again
Tahjrae RMake sure your location reps. are properly trained. It took me close to an hour to get the truck because of issues with your app. I went through two CSAs until Ms. Heather demonstrated outstanding professionalism and patience; took her time and walked me through. The self service is nice and some what convenient (when it works) but not when dealing with incompetent people, pooring rain, a glitchy system and damaged equipment.
Erik AThere was no one at that location available to assist with customer service. The employees at the location stated to me multiple times that they did not help with rentals leaving me confused on what to do upon picking up and dropping off the truck. The truck was dirty and did not have any gas in it, overall I will not be renting from uhaul again.

Robenson Pone of the hottest days this year and AC did not work unless the car was moving and we had a-lot of traffic so you can imagine how hot it was during the bumper-to-bumper times... only saved 300$ using uhaul to suffer in heat.... (movers wanted 700 i paid 366 for uhaul without ac...)

NAVNEET SI asked the teller for help because you have to do everything online. He was no help at all. He just kept telling me that he had nothing at all to do with uhaul. When I did get the truck to my location to start packing the inside of the box truck had spiders and cobwebs.
