Charles HI had a problematic experience receiving the key by phone. However, customer service agents were there to support me. The staff at this location provided a quick return process. The main cabin was unclean, but you allowed me to address it before acquiring the rental. Thank you for providing me with an affordable and great experience.

Carl SI understand that this wasn’t an actual u haul location, but a lot of people use u hauls to move and move heavy objects. So when I booked three dollies and show up to get my rental and was just told very casually they don’t have them and get a respond “well this isn’t a u haul location” is incredibly frustrating. They should notify their renters that they most likely cannot accommodate that. I had to then go to Home Depot and luckily they had dollies available for rent. But it also cost me 3 times the amount o should’ve paid via u haul and an extra hour of an already long day. I also had an issue with returning the truck. The app did not save any information we put in. So I received a call from a u haul rep around 830 who didn’t reiterate the information that I gave her to the location because then they called wondering where the truck was at 915am (it was sitting outside their location and he clearly didn’t check). This issue I’m sure delayed someone else who was also trying to pick it up for a rental before the store opened. The truck was incredibly dirty and clearly doesn’t get cleaned regularly. The gas cap was missing and the location didn’t have us do a walk around of the truck to make note of anything so we don’t get charged for damages, which adds extra stress to the move. Ive rented U-Hauls many times before and never had an issue, but this was by far the worst experience and I will not be renting from this location again.

Steven SThe U-Haul was extremely disgusting before I was able to get the U-Haul. I had to wait because homeless people are sleeping inside in the back and it had a very foul odor with clothes and debrie, overall the truck was very disgusting. Not clean it all

Justin CValue Store called to have my car towed!!! Unfortunately, the car I drove was my elderly friends car who is on life support which is why I needed the Uhaul to move his belongings from one place to the next. Now my car is still in the tow yard because I am not the owner! I am having to leave it there until I get back from Chicago. The worst experience ever!!😣 Do not rent anything from these people!!

Torriana WI was instructed to drop off the 26 ‘ truck at this location. This area does not accommodate a large truck for parking. In addition it’s in a bad part of town…
vidal ri schedule a truck for 10 am and no one was at the office. i had to wait until 12 noon for the truck. no to help at the location.
Antonio RI replaced the fuel to the same as I picked it up. I dropped the truck off early in the morning arround 10 am and was told to go and they will check it in and email the receipt. I went back around 12 noon to pick up a receipt with the response oh we didn't get to it yet. Around 5 pm I had to send a message through the uhaul website asking for the truck to be closed out and to send a receipt. Now I'm long gone and 7 hours later I find out I'm being charged for fuel that I know I replaced. I will stick to online self check ins and returns to avoid this issue from happening again in the future. I was not satisfied.
Sodianie CAmitai was amazing and helped guide us through the entire process. He provided excellent customer service during the pickup and also end of day return. Unfortunately the truck was not clean inside and almost empty gas tank, but Amatai made a difficult situation much more bearable! One last suggestion is for the pictures of the vehicle to properly show visible damage for the initial Customer inspection. Pictures at the Garage Service area don't provide accurate details.
