dropped the U Haul trailer off at this point, there was no one there, finally got someone on the phone. left trailer there and told the guy I wanted to reserve one just like it in seven days to continue my trip. went to pick one up and guess what, no trailer........finally got to the main U Haul ..somewhere and they finally told us we had one reserved elsewhere. was not told this beforehand.

Put gas in the truck. I got a fuel charge but I put gas in in it. I got charged for cleaning but I was dirty in the back when I got it. Very disappointed in this process and I'm the one that lost with money

Jeffrey F.This location is not good. When we opened trailer door, discovered a washer and dryer in it, as well as a broken mirror, bag of clothes. And cigarette butts all over floor. We took pics. When we took yhaul back and told manager, he told us he would discount for our trouble of having to sweep and clean up glass as well as move washer n dryer to the back of trailer. This statement not only has no discount..we only went about 15 miles in move and return to business..the statement reflects 28 miles almost double. Not only will we not recommend but will warn everyone we know NOT to use, will get ripped off.
Michael F.Arrived early afternoon to drop off the trailer but the office was closed even though the sign said open. Lights were out. We called the number on the door and the mailbox was full and we were unable to leave a message. We did leave an SMS text per the option on the automated recording with our number but heard nothing back. In the end, we learned how to return the equipment via the U-Haul app Which was thankfully, very helpful. Unfortunately, I wish we could review this business favorably but it was not a helpful experience when we showed up to turn our trailer in and we had no option or availability to speak with a human.
Philip R.I rentee the truck online and was sent to a certain location. I ordered a dozen furniture blankets which weren't in the truck. I was told that the truck should be back at a certain time. I got the truck back 3 hours early, but no one was in the office. I have tried all weekend to get in touch with someone to ensure I am not charged for the blankets. A truly unpleasant experience.

Brad L.This rental came to my email address and I canceled it, but the location still allowed the customer to rent the equipment. The equipment was not returned when promised by the customer on file. STOP HUNTING MONEY AND MAKE THE RIGHT DESISION. CANCELED MEANS CANCELED!!!!!!!!!
