The truck was not swept or clean in the back. In my estimate the insurance was optional then I'm told at pick up it is required after I had already budgeted my trip. The odometer reading was not correct for starting milage. I brought this to customer service and was told I would get a response from a Manger still nothing 5 days later I would like to be contacted asap. Do not tell me something is optional then required.

Owner complains openly to customers how he doesn’t get compensation for uhauls
Picked up truck on 3/4 tank took pictures. Returned with full tank and let owner know he only replied with, “well that didn’t do ya any good now did it”!
So he got free fuel. I was quoted 59$ I paid 69$ dunno why since I paid advance for mileage. Anyways. Grumpy and outspoken man who doesn’t need to deal with customers.

This is the best and most secure storage facility in the Tri-Cities. The owner is on site so there is no shady stuff going on. It's about a 10 on the Johnston Scale of 1-10.

They raised the prices without any notice and that’s what made me want to cancel. But there were tons of spider webs and bugs in the unit. When I tried to cancel he misplaced my cancellation notice and still charged me the full amount. Doesn’t answer the phone when I call, so we’ll end up playing phone tag. Just let me cancel the unit that’s been empty…

We stored our RV for a few months at Vista Park Mini storage. They were the only storage that had availability in the area. The owner was swift in communication & assuring in security. The grounds were clean, access hours were of no concern. It’s said to be ‘strict’ but I took that as more safe & secure. 10/10 recommend!

The person that took my truck reservation was not from the location that had the truck I rented. The person who took my reservation told me the wrong location to pick up my truck. The location that had the truck told me he dealt with 3 people that day that were sent to the wrong location. That's bad customer relations.

Your company is extremely unorganized. I reserved my truck from one location, sent to another location who had no trucks. Someone else was 1 1/2 hr late so I got their truck. No blankets or dollies. When someone reserves a moth in advance make sure you have the equipment.
My guy was AMAZING & helpful.

The facility was always well maintained, safe, and clean. The manager was always very helpful and responsive. When we had a problem with damage caused by the occupant of an adjacent unit, they quickly resolved the problem to our complete satisfaction.

Heavy pressure, heavy, to buy Uhaul's insurance. Poor I won't recommend
Uhaul's Spokane dispatch is horrible. Said there weren't trucks available anywhere but Kennewick, and charged me out of state sales tax. I found three trucks closer in Oregon but after 5:00, too late to risk changing. I won't be a customer again unless I absolutely have to.

I reserved a truck online, thinking that all I need to do is to be there and grab the key and go. The front desk, however, asked for my driver's license and credit card and charged me a safe coverage ($14.99) without letting me know about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not transparent!

Where do I begin?? The man at the front desk was so sweet and kind his customer service was seriously outstanding. I haven’t received customer service like his in a long time.
