DAVID CLARKThis is the second time I am charged for an appliance dolly and it wasn’t available….. this time however I was able to take the uhaul, drive to another location and ask for one. Frustrating part is that I was then charged for extra mileage when returning the truck… I wouldn’t has to drive the extra miles, if the equipment I ordered was in the truck in the first place!! So the $15 dolly ended up costing me $40+ extra in mileage charge. That’s not cool at all.
Mikkel KnudsenWhen we told them and showed them the truck they immediately called U Haul to try and get our problem rectified since we answered the questions on the mobile app truthfully we were charged a cleaning fee and a gas fee. When I called U Haul the day prior to returning they said to only fill it to where it was when we picked it up. The lady at this location was super helpful and apologetic.
tasha spearsOne of WK's employees on the trailer rentals wouldn't let a trailer go out with a non-functioning taillight or turn signal. That shows true loyalty to their customer(s). I am always happy to rent U-hauls from WK appliances

Mark HorngrenThis was the typical side job for this business, didn't really know how to use the computer for checkin when I dropped of the trailer, hours not really customer friendly, they charge extra for after hour drop off, no help in unhooking trailer. Find a new vendor that is interested in providing service for the u-haul customer, like the folks where I picked the trailer up at.

Richard SchlettyThe service that I got from the facility both picking up and returning was horrendous and rude and I was even charged an extra fee upon returning because the original place I rented from didn't have the trailer so I had to go pick it up in another town but was told upon return I could return it locally I was charged over $300 to my account for returning it to where I picked it up instead of where I originally was supposed to rent from you should eliminate your facility in Spooner Wisconsin the service was horrible

FLOYD CORNELLOrdered a dolly for moving - not in truck and truck low on oil ! They did credit me half of $14.00=$7.00 ok with me. But really think maintenance ck oil tires etc should take place before pick up! For safety reasons and delay of moving. My move went pretty good and site pick up very nice and helpful. Would rent again! Also the regional manager Joe in Orr Wi. Was very kind answered question I had to get cleared up!

Paul KrantzMake sure someone assists hooking and un-hooking. I rented a 6X12 and getting those things on the hitch is not easy. Perhaps having some sort of lift mechanism available would help.
Darren RuschyWe were overcharged an extra day for the truck rental and dollly. We have written 2 emails and telephoned the Uhaul Manager, Joe Hernandez 715.226.5501 to have a converation about remedying the overcharges. He was called last Tuesday, May 10th and we hav yet to hear back from him. This is after speaking with WK in Spooner. This is the poorest customers service I have ever had with UHAUL. We will go to all levels to get our account adjusted for the overcharges. Formerly, I have used UHAUL on HWY 63 at Jordan Appliance and had fabulous, honest and rsponsive customer service. We expect a RESPONSE in regard to the overcharge and we will continue to contact until SOMEONE takes reponsibility to fix this situation. This failure to communicate via phone, text or email in regard to our customer request smells like a scam where customers are unable to have account overcharges remedies. I expect a telephone call no later than May 17th at 715.416.5212 or 715.416.3374 with the name and phone number of a manager qualified to make the overcharge correction. Otherwise, I will report this scam to the Department of Justice Office of Consumer Protection and the Better Business Bureau. Trinke Alexander and Ken Hall. PS I have completed 2 CONTACT FORMS and received NO response!
