The drop off location was closed when I dropped off the truck. However, direction were clear and the property was clean.

The staff member that took our equipment was extremely rude. 5 days later, we found out that our equipment hadn’t been checked in and it took multiple calls to U-Haul to get it resolved because we could never get in contact with the store.
