The app was ridiculously hard to use. Wouldn't let me acknowledge that I was there for my truck. I eventually had to call customer service and even then it took another 20 minutes to finally get the keys to the truck. I will never rent another Uhaul unless it's from a place where there are employees on site to get it. It was an overall miserable experience using the app.
