Uhaul had some glitches with checking the van back in but it was easily resolved with a phone call. The man was patient and resolved it quikly

TERESA HI was not notified that the truck was no longer parked at this location. Their lot was being re-sealed, so they moved the truck to an alternate location; which I had to walk to. I checked in digitally, but then was FORCED to check in again with Paul at the location. But first I had to wait 30 minutes for Paul to come back from break. What part of skipping the line is this? Then I had to walk back to the truck's new location. They knew I had a reservation! They knew my info. They could have easily emailed texted me and told me their new location. Check in took over an hour OF MY TIME & MY RENTAL TIME. Unacceptable.

Then when i got there, the man that waited in me was sooooo kind & answered my questions, which meant that the one i ordered online was bigger than i needed. Sanjeev SAll of the employees were friendly and happy to help customers, however I question the level of training they received. For example, the young man (teen) that helped me sign out the rental van did not know what kind of gasoline the vehicle required and did not send me off with all of the blankets I requested and paid deposit on. There were issues with either the software or the computer system the employees had to use, both when I reserved the rental van and when I signed out the rental. This was no fault of their own. The incorrect instructions for releasing the parking break were posted on the dashboard.

William RMake the drop off process better understood by employees so they can explain it to customers. When utilizing an online reservation service for storage units, please be sure to check that the storage unit is actually available at the location chosen. This was not my experience and it’s made me not want to use your services again as it caused a major issue for me as I moved out of an apartment.

Steve BA great rental experience. Vehicle I used had less than 1000 miles on it, was clean and was easy to maneuver. Staff at ACE Hardware were courteous and friendly.
Mary MThe only issue is that the furniture dolly was missing and we didn't know until we got to our move location. We tried to use the other one that was with the truck, but without straps, we couldn't use it and really needed the appliance one. I will have to contact uhaul to get it refunded.

Jonathan SI was excited to use the Mobile service and watched the video ahead of time so I would know what to expect. I was very dismayed to learn that this location requires you to come inside and pick up the key after I got to the final step. The entrance was on opposite side of the building from where the van was located. I then had to wait an extra 20 minutes just to have the customer service person to be notified that I was waiting and then process my rental. He seemed confused by the fact that I had completed everything via my phone. Additionally, he had to get the equipment I ordered (i.e. dolly) and put it into the van. I would have thought that was already taken care of. What's the point of the mobile service if I still have to go inside and wait on a customer service rep?

kevin pRear sliding Door gasket was broken. Van got 7 miles to the gallon. Rediculous. Ace hardware took 10min to help me on the return. Very nice but slow. Will not rent uhaul in the future.

THOMAS LThe steering on the truck was so loose that it was scary! The truck floated all over the road because of it and the cargo door was VERY difficult to close.

John STe vehicle seemed to be a little loose in the front end and the rear door was difficult to pull down and latch. The location was very courteous and clean and the vehicle was just what I had ordered and clean - I did note the two mechanical issues with the location when I returned the vehicle

Michael HReserved at Iocation- confirmed... When I showed up they said they didn't have my reservation... So they send me 15 minutes more north of my destination. I had a specific window of opportunity for this move and those added minutes for drive time and paper work add up. Plus I'm the one out the extra gas/mileage for the total trip. I will not being using u-haul services anymore.
