May GWe try to rent a pull doll the haul dealer Ionia,MI. This a flower shop on steel st. They wouldn't rent it for 24 hours it had .It had to be back before they close for 44 .oo.if I wanted to bring it back the next day it was 89.00 .Then he got .really rude I rented a pull doll from stanton hardware stanton,MI.,and these people where vary helpful.,

Cody TThey lied to us about not filling up the gas. And then charged us $70 to refill when we have filled it over what we originally received the truck with. Poor customer service and very poor support. Would not recommend to others due to their customer support and false charges.

Dorothy WIt would be helpful to inform the customer of the ball size, and ideal tongue height of the trailer so they can aquire the proper hitch, or offer hitch rentals as well. The yard was a bit cramped, but worked well.
Eric FI rented the unit on Friday called the drop off location to find out when they opened on Saturday, Saturday morning I didn't even get out and there was a person right there to get ready to inspect it .
DAN BTrailer was staged and ready to go. I was in and out in about 15 minutes including hook up and inspection.

While there were some errors on the invoicing when we returned the truck, Stanton Hardware worked diligently with U-Haul to correct the billing and provided updates fast and accurately.

Mitzi KNot much space for parking larger vehicles, but the key box was easy to identify. I'm not sure if I put the truck in the intended parking spot, but the transaction finalized easily enough. The app worked great checking the truck back in.
Terrence YI recommend Stanton Hardware for your many needs. The staff provides fantastic customer service. Where I am extremely disappointed is in uhaul corporate. Because of who I selected as an alternative contact I was prevented from renting.. Despite renting and spending a good deal of money with uhaul over the last few months, it wasn't my credit or history with uhaul that prevented a less than $30 rental but that of someone else who i may not have been able to get in touch with that day. If you value your privacy (uhaul requires a picture of you and your license to be stored in their system which is taken by people's personal phones) and you would like to do business with an organization that values you, individually as a customer and doesn't judge you on your affiliation of someone else or prevents rentals based an error in their own system that they didn't actively resolve - find another option to moving services.

ron hI've used this location before and the staff are very good with UHAUL even thought that is not their primary retail. Their process is so easy that I was able to drop equipment off after hours. The app for doing so is ok and made it more convenient that when you used to have to leave a copy of the contract with the equipment.

Canyon PThis has 0 to do with the Stanton Mills location. They were AMAZING and I HIGHLY recommend them. This experience on the other hand was just absolute CRAP. I reserved a 26ft truck on Friday to pick up Sunday from The Topper Shop. I get there 930am Sunday and they are closed, no 26ft in sight, and when I go to log in it says Im at the wrong location. It tells me I have to drive 45min away to get a truck. I am, as you could imagine, very upset. Call Uhaul and they tell me they left a VM. I checked right then and told them no they didnt and the most recent VM was from 3 days before this supposed call. Very unhappy with uhaul..

NIALS LPicked up a auto transport from them because uhaul would not bring the unit to my local dealer. The 2 hour trip there was costly to me beyond the 80 mile trip. The auto transport had 3 bad tires which I took to my local uhaul dealer and they kindly replaced. Thankfully I have a great local uhaul guy. After complaining to uhaul, they refunded me for the transporter. I would recommend staying with an authorized uhaul dealer if at all possible.
Rodney SYour national hot line sucked they did not get my res correct and at turn in they could not find my info or anything , I would suggest cleaning that up because most people only do one move this major in their lifetime and stress is high . Better management of your customers stress is a must . I would recommend the pick and drop off sites but not your national help line ...
