The owner was absolutely amazing. I had some trouble on my end and he was more than willing to accommodate. He goes above and beyond for his customers, you become his number one priority the minute you walk through the door. I would recommend his business to anyone hands down. The ease of dealing with him was second to none, even though things were hectic on my end he was assuring and helped me and my family figure it out. If you want to rent a U-Haul in Bedford county, he is the man to see.

Thomas LThe truck was ready to go the agent went above and beyond expectation to help me out including waiting an extra half hour for me to return the equipment even though they have a night drop to return keys
Douglas LLocation and manager were fine. Problem was that truck I reserved was not available as promised by U-Haul. This caused us to use a smaller truck and had to make multiple trips between locations. This doubled the mileage charge, increased gas usage and added an additional two hours of labor time for people helping. Very displeased that U-Haul would commit to a certain vehicle size and then fail to ensure it was available to time of rental.
Clifford FI scheduled a U-Haul pickup at 8 received the email and text saying it was reserved and ready to be picked up. However when I arrived at 8 to pick it up and found out it wasn’t ready, I called U-Haul customer service to find out that they had screwed me over and I could t get it til 10. However the highlight was when I talked Immer the gentleman who owns this establishment, he took time out of his day to get me on my way at about 8:30. Long story short I will not rent from U-Haul anymore. From now on my business will go to Penske. A little more pricey but at least they know what they’re doing when they schedule pickups.
Travis BMr. Palacio was wonderful and extremely helpful! My original reservation location was unable to fulfill my reservation, and provided no notice. They referred me to this location and from the initial phone call to the return of the truck, the owner of this location was courteous, kind, calming, polite, professional and most of all sincerely amazing. The location is great and his friendly and professional qualities turned this otherwise stressful experience (since uHaul original location did not even call to tell my they had no truck, and then my reservation was moved to q town 2 towns over) into a really friendly and positive experience. To improve customer service uHaul should ensure their 3rd party vendors make contact when they cannot fulfill a reservation. In addition, they should commend places like the Wiltshire Motel, specifically the owner Mr. Palacio, for going the extra step for customers to help them keep faith in uHaul and keep business within the uHaul company. Otherwise I would have had to rent elwewhere. Please extend my message and my gratituse to the Wiltshire Motel team, and Mr. Palacio.
JILLIAN WThe store in Everett, PA, was where I was supposed to have taken the trailer. They "had no room." I saw much room! She was nice. He was curt. One of them said to go to Bedford, PA, or Breezewood, PA. I chose Breezewood, PA, whose owner was very polite and accommodating. I have had trouble with Everett, PA, before on a different matter. Everett, located pn 4th AVENUE, not STREET. The Breezewood owner was wonderful. I highly recommend him!!!

DAVID MIt was so easy to rent from UHAUL in Breezewood. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very flexible and helpful staff. I picked up a 12’ trailer in front of the Wiltshire Motel and was easily on Rt 30. Very friendly too.
