Follow through with what you say you are going to do and then not lie saying keys are there. It puts your customers behind. Please do an overlook of vehicles when returned. There was mud inside of the cab very dirty. The transmission slipped while driving along with a belt squeaking under the hood. Windshield wipers didn’t work as should and the inside of the truck leaked and ruined several items.

Again, the online process was delayed by about a day, and since location is needed for drop off procedures online, I couldn't complete the online steps for drop off seeing as I was already gone. We just left the truck and keys where we were instructed to by the manager.

We did get credit when we dropped truck off. The truck did work well except no cruise control . I say this with reservation but I'm not a 100% sure that the truck was checked over before giving it to us but we had no issues so all is well.

Paul EI asked for a Uhaul in Radford, VA with a couple of weeks of advance notice. The day before pickup I was advised the truck would be in Roanoke about 45 miles away.

Bonnie DOn your invoice, there was a charge that said purchase, which was confusing because I didn’t purchase anything. It was actually the tax and environmental fee. I feel that this should state clearly what that charge is to avoid future confusion.

Donald TThere is a "Speed Kills" on the speedometer. Unfortunately it is located directly in front of the 60 - 80 mph part of the dial. This is bad because the 50 mph is not labeled. Several times I was confused about my speed - am I going 50, 60 to 70???
CHARLES cMy 24 hour U-Haul rental went smoothly from start to finish. There were no "surprise" fees or extra charges when paying at the end of my rental. Overall, I was very happy with the experience.
Larry SA $19.95 rental, used under 20 miles, tripled in price. Doubling in price would have been acceptable, but triple?? Very upset. Will not be renting from you again.
