The customer service was awesome that wasn’t my problem I was told I would have $100 hold on my card until I return the rental because it wasn’t a bank card I’m still (currently waiting) to receive my refund after returning the rental rental was refuel and clean VERY DISAPPOINTED

We had the uhaul for 7 hrs and dropped it off early at this location before their closing hours. No one was there, and no one answered the phone. Dropped the keys through the slot in the door. Got a charge for an extra day the following day. Still no one at the business answered or returned my call. Your customer service couldn’t get them on the phone either. I have disputed the charge. Horrible business practices!

This was the worst U-Haul truck I have every been in. It was filthy cigarette burns on the cup holders. We found a piece of weed that was left in the truck. That was unacceptable we only had the truck for 3 hours. We needed it to drop our son off at college in Hammond. Not sure if you guys inspect the trucks after each use but you should. My Husband wanted to leave it, but our son had to be at school that day. I will NEVER rent from that place again. PLEASE CLEAN THST TRUCK!!!

Let me start by saying, there were roaches in the bed of the van. Therefore, we Only used the van for 1 load. I Could not take a chance on roaches getting into my newly renovated home. Too, the dashboard indicated that the airbag needed servicing. I could not use the radio because the volume and station knobs were both missing And last, but not least, we couldn’t find the odometer. We have never rented a vehicle from UHaul like this. This experience was absolute horrible! I expect to hear from someone. Thanks
