The woman at Four States Enterprise 5538 State Rte 67 Hoosick Falls NY 12090 was very helpful when the mobile check-in site was down. U-Haul setup was horrific. They moved the available pickup location all over. Then the 15’ truck I had reserved was not available. They offered a smaller or larger truck. I needed the 15’ so had to go with the larger size. I asked the U-haul customer service if they would be comping the price difference for this inconvenience. The woman quickly went “uh no, we can’t do that,” I stated the location and now the size of the truck has changed and this has been a complicated setup. She slams the phone down, puts me on hold with no warning, then comes back and says “they said they will do that.” Then the poor lady at the pickup location had to manually enter all of the information I had setup on the U-haul app since it was down. This pickup location 5/5 stars. U-Haul services 1/5 stars.
