Paula MThere was one tire on the trailer that was worn down to the wear marks that I pointed out. U Haul had it replaced with a new tire at my home. The repairman pointed out that the tire also had a nail in it. This would have been an excellent rating otherwise.

Lupe CI was given instructions to place the key upon return to the wrong box. Now the keys are misplaced. Not certain how this is passed off as my mistake because it’s certainly not. I do not plan to incur the cost of rekey. Why wouldn’t the business have more than one key?
