Orange CTwo people working when I returned the truck but they wouldn’t answer the phone after 10 calls. The trucks are parked on one side of the bank and the return key drop is on the other. Extremely difficult to find.

BRADLEY VThe truck I picked up reeked of cigarette smoke in the cab. Had to drive with the windows open even on a rainy, cold day. Also, I found that a previous renter had left a bunch of carpet padding in the back of the truck. I returned the truck after the facility closed and had to use the smart phone app to check the truck in. When I reported that the truck needed to be cleaned (because of the carpet padding) I was charged a $25 cleaning fee! I disputed the charge while checking out but have not heard from Uhaul. I also reported the situation via the website but have not heard anything. I tihink I will stick with Penske truck rentals from Home Depot in the future. Much easier to deal with a human.
