The lady was friendly. My only complaint was that I reserved a 15ft truck and it wasn't on the lot even though the website said it was. However the 17ft ended up being what I needed. Overall if I was on that end of town I would use the site if not I would use the location near the antique mall in Benbrook.

The people here are so nice. They even stayed late since I was coming from Austin to get me in the storage so I could unload my stuff.

Well designed equipment, U-haul is the best for loading from a residence.

Unfortunately, I selected the wrong location. However, the facility contacted me very promptly about my reservation.
The manager explained everything that was signed and answered all questions. I used a coupon to get my second month free.
Always has vehicles available, is clean and usually well staffed.
The employees who work at this site are very friendly and attentive. I had an excellent experience. Thank you.
the truck ran terrible and had a bad leak in the moms attic area, i understand not waterproof however it had a bad leak and i had furniture and matresses ruined. truck was dirty. facility was dirty. and the male that works there is very rude.

The map on website led us to wrong location.
The personnel at this location were rude and very hateful. I was told that I was able to return trailer to this location, but unfortunately the personnel at thia location became verbally abusive and spit on myself and husband. Yes, I said spit. The man became so irrate that I returned the trailer to his location that my husband walked out. As I explained to him, I will NEVER rent another thing from U-Haul.
Fine, fine group representing U-Haul. Would and will recommend them to anyone needing a truck or storage.
miss read battery charge as my fuel tank level! .. glad I just didn't drop off the key and get a bill for low battery!

my wife picked up the truck it had a large ducktaped repaired hole on the side, about 1 foot by 6 foot long, and the air conditioning didnt work. My wife was told that it would be ok because they was going to fix it when it was turned in at Amarillo store. I had to drive this truck 6 hours in 100 deg. plus heat for 6 hours.
I am furious about the amount I had to pay for a 24 hour rental with UHaul. I am having to pay $.99 a mile for mileage on top of $17.50 for not putting the gas back to where I got it (I was off 1/4 of a tank after I put in $10 before I dropped it off) and $30 for refueling charge. Then $30 for service fees. That is insane! I will never rent from uhaul again and I will blog about it to everyone the crappy rates. Plus I was told I owed an outstanding bill from 2001 of $39 when I had rented again in 2008 and was not told anything of an outstanding bill. I will never rent from you again. And I will discourage any future rentals from anyone I come in contact with.
Went over and above to remove incorrect charges due to dispatcher assigning incorrect drop off location.
give them a full deposit back when something is brought back in the same condition it was picked up

These people assisted to the best of their ability. There was a person assisting another person with the proper procedure for taking in a returned truck. It didn't take long for them to process the forms so that we could leave. However, the overall rental experience with U-Haul was not good because of all the delays and mistakes in processing the rental.
Equipment was very good. The only equipment defect, were faulty windshield wiper blades.
Pick-up was somewhat slow, but methodical and well structured.
Drop off took 25 minutes. Clerk could not comprehend how to make change when I tried to pay cash. I finally just gave him extra money (the closest I could come without shorting him), and told him to keep the change.
The office lady was very nice and helpful. She explained everything that was signed and answered all questions.
Woman that works there is a little condesending...not totally friendly.
That was the best experience I have ever had at a rental place.
I feel this location tried to take advantage of me. I went to pick the truck up the evening before I needed it and after seeing it, decided I did not want to drive it myself and would have my son-in-law pick it up the next morning. They gave me the key to the truck so I could pick it up anytime. When we came by the next morning I asked if my son-in-law needed to show them his license,etc. and they said no. It was 8 in the morning. They told me I had to have the truck delivered to the UHAUL location by 4 pm that same day or I would be charged for another day, since I had picked up the key the afternoon before. This upset me, but I had to get the move done that day. Thank goodness the man in Benbrook at the location I dropped the truck off stopped the extra charge. I had the truck to him by 5:30.
Get more Sheila's. She was great. She held us with everything, even calling other locations.
Be more knowledgable about trip insurance so customer is not surprised when picking up a unit that is already paid for
