This company should not be used. They did not follow through on having enough people to pack or load. They were not honest or clear when communicating. Packing was unorganized and took twice as long. Extra people for loading did not show up until 5 or 6pm.

We were scheduled to do 6 U-boxes. We ended up packing and loading 13 boxes. We are closed on Sundays, but came in and finished packing for the additional units and on loading day, we brought in another truck and another 3 additional people. We had 10 boxes done before Uhaul closed and did everything to make sure homeowner was out on time.
