• On the Ball Moving and Joe were terrific. They were easy to book and communicate with. They showed up to the job 10 minutes early and were fully prepared. After arriving, they gave me their professional opinion that the truck I rented was too small, and as I worked to rectify that, they started moving my stuff outside so that I did not lose time. I was living on the third floor of a walk up building, and even with some heavy and awkward shaped pieces, they were extremely gentle and careful with my stuff. After getting my stuff loaded onto the new and bigger truck, it was clear that my original truck was too small. I'm so glad that they pointed this out to me before we started loading the original truck. Also, being a single woman, I'm very sensitive to letting people i don't know into my space. Throughout the whole moving process, I felt that my stuff and myself were respected and safe. I would definitely hire On the Ball Moving again and refer them to my friends and family.

• Richard and Joe were fantastic . The careful went through home , addressed our questions and carefully handled our contents and packed and secured them perfectly in moving truck . Kind, professional and knowledgeable . Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future.
