    DMV Relocators

    Booked a 2-person crew for an unload-only move. DMV tried to reschedule twice in 24 hours. I declined both. On moving day, DMV reduced the crew to 1 mover citing a family emergency. Accept or cancel on the spot. The mover who showed did his job well. No complaints about him. The issue is management. Despite sending half the crew, DMV charged the full 2-person rate. The receipt reads 2 Person Crew and 2 Additional Hours. Only 1 person showed. When I called, DMV could not do basic math, tried to haggle me down from the contracted rate, and offered less than owed while claiming it was more than they were obligated to provide. This company resists doing the fair and obvious thing. Half the crew means half the rate. That simple issue became a fight they tried to pin on me. Avoid this company. Poor communication, poor customer service, and an issue they could resolve in minutes.
