Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Was very understanding with uhaul issue delay. Issue was contract said 2 helpers for 2 hrs. Only 1 person showed up. Another showed up after start an hour late only because I questioned order. Cost me another hour. I was late to get them started but if they were both there even starting late could have had it done in time. Frustrating
Josh was very professional and friendly. He communicated through out the process from the time I first scheduled to the end of my unloading. They did a wonderful job and I never felt uncomfortable about them or their job unlike my loaders in another state. I very highly recommend Presidential Elite for any moving jobs.
