• Absolutely excellent service. I had another crew booked but they were not communicating so I was worried they wouldn’t show up. Called moving help and they cancelled that booking and added Fantasy Moving the day before the move. Steffon reached out immediately to ask about the move because they had a job more than an hour from ours just before. Steffon committed to being there for us and showed up on time and with a great attitude. They unpacked the truck and moved us moved us up five floors (elevator fortunately) incredibly quickly but also carefully. They did the job in half the time expected with everything moved in great condition. I highly recommend Fantasy Moving with Steffon and his crew.

• Hard workers, arrived early and finished early and were happy to move anything anywhere

• The guys were fast and plenty strong. They just didn’t have the equipment to move things efficiently. Doors got chipped and walls got dinged. One piece of furniture got chipped but it bad lower quality and I kind of expected it wouldn’t move well.

  Im not sure what equipment we would need to move things efficiently. There was no couch, bed dresser anything that would do the damage that you mentioned. I would like to see which door or doors and wall or walls that you mentioned being damaged because you guys had mostly items that went into the garage. There wasnt anything that we brung inside the house that would cause the damage you mentioned. You werent even around while we were moving you were upstairs the whole time. Bottom line, I dont believe this is a fair rating but thanks anyway.
